- Finally! Here's my long awaited EPIC IN DEPTH HANDS ON REVIEW of the brand new 2021 Disney Pixar Luca Mattel Action Figures as part of Mattel's ongoing line 7" scale action Figures! In this video I'm taking a closer look at Mattel's Scooter Build and Crash Pack (featuring human Luca and Alberto) AND the color change single pack action figures of Luca and Alberto as Sea Monsters. From the swappable mix and match limbs and scooter parts to the color changing features, I cover it all. More sets to come in future reviews, but for now, please enjoy!

Yah it's crazy! Luca toys got virtually no distribution other than on ShopDisney for that brief time and at the Disney Parks!
Okay, I LOVE these! So much playability with the articulation, mix-and-match pieces, and swappable body part features. Plus the bonus of color changing? Yes, I will need to obtain these for my hoard LOL.

Luca sea monster has my dream
Color changing is beneficial. Luca's "hair" is blue and changes into purple at the tips, and for Alberto, in the movie, his "hair" color is a combination of the two colors you can change his fins.

Yah I couldn't believe it! And I don't think they ever came back which is crazy. These figures not pretty much got no proper distribution. Still not even widely available on Amazon other than from 3rd party sellers! I have no idea what happened.

Great video, I was wondering if you had any info on this question. Why are the Mattel Pixar Luca Minis blind bags so scarce? In a 1 hour radius from my house there are more than 10 Target stores, only 1 store has had them on their shelves. I can't even find the online. Any thoughts?
Hi Laura! Thanks so much for watching! So glad you enjoyed my unboxing. Yah the entire line of Luca merch has been very scarce-almost non-existent. Other than the minis, no Luca toys have hit stores, just ShopDisney.com that one time when I got these and some listings on Amazon. I have no idea what happened with/what's going on with distribution, but it's sad! The Luca minis haven't hit my area yet either. I keep checking every day at 4 or 5 Targets and nothing. Crossing my fingers I can find them soon!
