A father leaves behind a wife, 4 daughters and 1 son.

Assalamu Alikum.
In the table No 1 Sr.No 9 and 10 , that is FM and MM, They are getting 1/6 if Mother is not there. Is it like that even Children are there ?. It does not have mentioned about children details.. That is why doubted...
Jazakallah Khair... May Allah Reward You....
The presence of children will not affect the shares of FM and MM. It only depends on presence of M or F
Bro,please make a vedio response to david wood who misinterpreted Islamic inheritance verse in Quran
Assalamualaikum
Mothers share= I read that mother will get 1/3 of residue...
In this table where it's mentioned mother will get 1/3 of residue ... Plzzz explain me...
M in greater need of this knowledge..
Allah reward you
Plz email me your question in more detail
How did the table of rest of asbah made ?
assalamu alaikum I just want to ask from where did you get that the mother will inherit 1/4?
Wa alikum asalam. Thank you for asking this question. I did not include the details of this rare scenario in the references. In Quran, only two situations for mother are mentioned 1/6 or 1/3. But a rare scenario occurred in time of Caliph Umer (RA) where the dying person leaves behind only parents (M and F) and a spouse (H or W) with no children or siblings (ref 6). If we follow the calculations then Mother ends up getting much more in proportion to Father. So it was deducted (Qias) that in this rare scenario the ratio of M and F share will be kept as 2:1.
Before this rule the calculation would have been as follows:
If dying person is female and leaves behind: M, F, H then H 50%, M 33.3%, F 16.6%
If dying person is male and leaves behind: M, F, W then W 25%, M 33.3%, F 41.6%
Now it will be:
If dying person is female and leaves behind: M, F, H then H 50%, M 16.6%, F 33.3%
If dying person is male and leaves behind: M, F, W then W 25%, M 25%, F 50%
Hope this helps

Asalam Alaikum. Sir, the reference for PS getting 1/6 at S. No. 12 is missing. May you please give the reference?
Assalaamu 'akaikum,
I am confused about how the paternal sister gets 1/6 if there's a real sister (Table #12). Can you please explain? JazaakAllahu khairan.
If the husband maries a lady with two children. Is the both child are inheritor of the step father or these two child are adopted. Please clarify.
Hi sir, our properties was came from my father's grand father from mother side.
He wrote a will and given 12 acres for 4 grand sons. Each 1 acre he was included 4 grand childrens names in will.
1 person was died , he was no children, remaining 3 members had childrens. Now expired peron property how to distribute, how much acres are came, how much wife share and how much remaining brothers share. Please explain.
Plz send more details via email
Assalaamu alaikkum wwb, May Allah reward you. I have few doubts on kalala. Sister X who died and no child, father, ff, mother. But she has husband, sister 1, and another sister Y (expired) have 3 sons. Is that expired sister Y sons will get share from died sister X assets?
We are 2 brothers and one sister...what will be the ratio?
Plz share more details. If you are asking that a father or mother died leaving behind 2 sons and 1 daughter then each son will get 40% and daughter will get 20%
@@CONCEPTSsimplified A man expired and left behind a wife, 2 sons, and 1 daughter. What should be the proportion of share?
Wife 1/8 (12.5%), Son 35%, Son 35%, Daughter 17.5%
@@CONCEPTSsimplified vi can you mention the share proportion in fraction?
@@syedwaheed2332

Son1 = 14/40
Son2 = 14/40
Daughter = 7/40
