I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety when I was 5 years old and when my younger brother Patrick passed away my depression and anxiety got really! So very bad to the point where I went into a dark place and even though I get into a dark place sometimes I made a decision that I want to to turn my grief into trying to make a really!
