Commands Used:
sdkmanager --list
sdkmanager "build-tools;30.0.3"
sdkmanager "platforms;android-30"
sdkmanager "sources;android-30"

not working when we open cmd and type sdkmanager --list .... this command is not working

Make sure you have it in the following directory, exactly as follows
C:src\Android\SDK\cmdline-tools\tools\bin
I was missing the cmdline-tools folder and it didn't work at first 😂 so then I added it and that worked.

ERROR for me:
Error: Could not determine SDK root.
Error: Either specify it explicitly with --sdk_root= or move this package into its expected location: \cmdline-tools\latest\
Change the directory to C:Android\SDK\cmdline-tools\tools\bin, and edit it in envrntment variable

Try this : Copy the commands in the description and paste them one by one in cmd . I dont know what the problem is but for me it worked
