    I enjoy my coaster a lot. Is a great product. But, if I could choose again I would look for a trolley with ajustable backrest. Children often fall asleep while ridding and their heads fall forward…

      Yep, we definitely prefer trailers that can recline, but they are quite a bit more expensive!

      I just ordered this and I’m so torn between the money for the chariot for jogging. Help! I feel like I’m getting pulled into the great marketing. How come there aren’t many videos about the coaster ?

    What would you recommend for taller kids (Coaster XT or Burley Honey Bee)? Thanks!

    Between this and the Burley Honey Bee for the same price, go for the Burley?

    • @Twowheelingtotsbikes
      @Twowheelingtotsbikes  3 года назад +2

      Yes. I've used them both and the Honey Bee is easier to fold, and I prefer its front stroller wheel that simply folds up or down.

    Would you prefer this or the burley encore x to be used as an everyday stroller and biking trailer?

    • @Twowheelingtotsbikes
      @Twowheelingtotsbikes  2 года назад +1

      Burley Encore X. The Encore's handlebar swivels so you can set it at the exact point that is most comfortable for you. Also, it has bench style seats, while the Coaster XT has hammock. Bench seats are more comfortable for the kids, and make it easier to get them buckled up.

    If I were to buy a Thule, which one would you recommend: Cadence or Coaster XT?

    • @Twowheelingtotsbikes
      @Twowheelingtotsbikes  Год назад

      The Coaster XT converts to a stroller. Do you want to use your trailer as a stroller as well?

    • @veronicanailpolish7840

      @@Twowheelingtotsbikes No stroller option. Just basic trailer.

    • @Twowheelingtotsbikes
      @Twowheelingtotsbikes  Год назад

      If you don’t need a stroller, then save money and just get a trailer. However, you should also look at the Burley Bee, which we prefer over the Thule cadence.

    Thank you very much! Great video! Wonderful! Exactly what I was looking for.
    Ps Do you have any idea how tall the girl in the stroller is? Or how old? I think it holds up to 45kg right? Having a 2yo at home and wondering if it's too late, too large of an investment at this point :)

    • @Twowheelingtotsbikes
      @Twowheelingtotsbikes  3 года назад +2

      This video was shot last May, so she would have been 2.5 years old. She's very tall for her age. The Coaster XT is on the shorter side for trailers, so if you do want to ride with your daughter until she is 4 or 5, you should look at Burley's trailer like this, the Honey Bee. www.twowheelingtots.com/burley-honey-bee-review/

      @@Twowheelingtotsbikes Thank you very much! I'll look into it. Yeah the leg space got me a bit worried. Hearing she is 2.5 confirmed my worries. But maybe as a backup on top of her own bike it would do. Thank you again for your help!

    Can you keep outside for a longer period in a rainy cold climate?

    • @Twowheelingtotsbikes
      @Twowheelingtotsbikes  4 года назад +2

      The Coaster XT isn't ideal for prolong periods of use in the rain. The rain cover help keep you little one dry if you run into some brief or unexpected rain showers, but if you plan on using it in the rain extensively, the Thule Cheetah (or Lite, Cross) with the add-on rain cover would be a much better option.

    Has the Cheetah XT been discontinued? We'd love to find something "in between" the Coaster XT and the Chariot Lite. Love the attachment and ventilation on Coaster XT, but worried that the the flimsy floor, difficulty of folding, and hammock seats on this are deal breakers...

    • @Twowheelingtotsbikes

      The Cheetah XT has been discontinued. I would take a look at the Qeridoo Sportrex or Buley Encore X.

    Is it ok with electric bike ?

    • @Twowheelingtotsbikes
      @Twowheelingtotsbikes  Год назад

      It will depend on the design of the rear axle of your bike if the hitch coupler can fit on it. Also, remember that no bike trailer is safety rated to go over 15 mph so you will need to monitor that carefully on an electric bike.
