    Domage de ne pas avoir mis toute les étapes pour la réalisation de la paire de boucles jusqu'au finale, quelle température pour la cuisson à la fin vous mettez un vernis? lequel svp?

    Did you put any kind of glossy sealant on the earrings?

    If you were going to seal these what product would you use?

    • @JMeicaDC
      @JMeicaDC  2 года назад

      Hi Erin, If I would seal it I would use resin to make the color pop . Specially on polymer marble earrings, if you use acrylic paint to it I highly suggest to use resin. Because mixing acrylic paint makes the earrings rather more fragile, but coating it with resin ensure that it is more lasting and solid. I hope that is helpful :)

    Amazing! Can I do this with air dry clay or epoxy compound?

    • @JMeicaDC
      @JMeicaDC  3 года назад

      Hi, Thank you so much, I'm glad you like it. as for the air dry clay and epoxy compound; I actually haven't made use of these two materials so I am not sure about it. but you can probably make use of air dry clay alone if the texture is sticky. What I could suggest is to test it in small amount of clay first before making a big project. I'm sorry if that was not helpful at all. Have a nice day.

    Beautiful! Do you have to sand and seal it after baking?

    • @JMeicaDC
      @JMeicaDC  3 года назад

      Hi Cindy, Thank you 🙂. Yes, I sand my pieces and as for sealing it, it actually depend per project. If I wanted it to be glossy then I seal it, but If I wanted it matte then I usually dont. I hope that is helpful.

    My clay slabs sticks to the pasta machine, I’ve waited for the acrylic paint to dry for 12 hours but it still feels sticky 😩 please help

      Hi Jace, sorry for the late respond on your query, actually I faced the same issue and had to try and fail several times, but what work on me was to put a little amount of acrylic paint. Just thinly covering the clay. Because if I input more than that, I noticed that the paint is not drying even if I waited for so long. I hope that was able to help.
