If never thought about it before much but i do lean way back when going down steep hills. I always worry im going to sit on the back tire which would obviously be very bad lol
Her body positioning is wrong she said you lean forward going down a hill and going up hill you lean back, this is incorrect you always want to maintain a neutral position with center of gravity over your crank and if you go up you only lean back slightly, but only enough to maintain traction.

FYI don't buy a mountain bike at REI. They are low quality and wildly overpriced for what they are.
REI is a co-op, dumb fuck; meaning if you're a member you get money back at the end of the year.
