Hi! After boiling the pasta I throw the shrimps in there. Once it comes to a boil I pull the shrimps out and put them in an ice water bath. It stops them from cooking further and they get that nice crunch. I always buy shrimps with the shell on. I feel that it tastes better and they aren’t too difficult to peel either. Also, the pasta water will have a shrimpish broth to it now. So I use that whenever I need to thin out the sauce

Looks amazing!! I love Angel hair with Alfredo, it absorbs it all up and you get so much more sauce than using regular spaghetti or fettuccine. I actually had Spicy shrimp a la vodka for dinner myself ❤❤

Yes! I’ve listed the recipe before but this time I didn’t go heavy on the cheese and I used a lot of the pasta water to thin out the sauce so it’s not so heavy for the angel hair
I don’t but in my last video I posted the ingredients. The only difference in this one is I used less cheese and more pasta water since I didn’t want the sauce weighing down the angel hair pasta 😊
