You can't Get Manure or Slurry from any outdoor pasture without a dedicated Barn and then a Manure Pit
Fun-fact: This series got me into Farming Simulator 22, and as of yesterday, FS22 is making me want to start a garden.

Hi Daggerwin, 2 mods for you both on modhub. There is a JD Drill, 6m width, only £6,000 by ARM Team. Think it may be the same as the ones used in your previous Survival Challenges.
Also, the Deutz Fahr Starliner combine. Its £50,000, header is a bit expensive but it may quicken up your harvesting. Combine by Vector Man. Seriously good series this.

Good way to start the day with a Daggerwin video, also there's a garden hose tool like the chainsaw,flashlight etc, it's pretty cheap, just a thought.
the "farm production pack" I mentioned last video also has a production to turn tomatoes into sauce. might be worth doing to maximise profits from the tomatoes

exactly. there's also a garden mod that's 2k that grows both sunflowers and potatoes, both of which have productions in that mod too.
@@Stokes-gv2xy is that on the ingame one or 3rd party. I have greenhouses that do the vineyard crops that come off 3rd party so?
It's in mod hub dude. It requires just water but if you and manure and stuff the yield increases. Also has a fun feature in winter too.
You mention getting a new drill, remember that since you’re playing with precision farming that direct drilling positively effects your environmental score!
Sadly it was kind of a mistake getting that pasture as you wont get either slurry or manure.. which was kind of the point. To me it seems quite wasteful feeding cows that only produces milk. Just my opinion!
Not necessarily though. Feed cows to make milk. Sell the milk often enough to make the money needed to upgrade to the next sized enclosure

Agreed, would've been better saving money for the other plot or if he wanted animals, sheep or full grown cows are a better bet
Manure would probably be the cheapest to go for. The slurry implements are quite pricy compared to a manure spreader.
A bigger trialer and Combine would be better than yet another tractor. And yes of course, a bigger "drill" (as you call it) would be good.
Another great thing with Precision farming. You cant overlap. (The animations will often show as you are, but PF will not add more seeds, fert or lime on already applied areas). Makes it easier for you when you work on the field as you dont have to be that precise.
The Antonia carraro tigrecar could be good for transporting small amounts of bales, pallets, bigbags, and grain if you had chickens.
I would use the Tigrecar to bring things back from the shop to the farm or go and sell pallets. It will free up a trailer and tractor which means no more swapping stuff about. It is a trailer in wheels.
If you're looking for a bigger drill, you could use the john deere drill that you used in series one, it is a direct drill as well
Yes, check out different mods. I've seen 2500 cost pressure washer, below 8000 tree planter (no handheld yet I don't think), and plenty of seeders/drills

Love watching this series! I'd definitely like to see you get a toolbox and pressure washer to take care of the tractors, and maybe a fuel tank on the farm. There's a stihl pressure washer that's cheaper as well!
You don't have to lime after every harvest. I do it every 3rd harvest and haven't noticed any yield loss. It won't save any lime tho cause I'd be applying 3 times as much that one time compared to what you apply after 1 harvest.
I think you should buy the 320 GST! It’s a cool Utility vehicle and adds a new vehicle to this series, you can always find a use for such a useful vehicle (towing/transporting etc)
I think the tiger car would be very useful, you could use it to go pick up bags of seed or fert or lime, and if you have a little bit of extra grain you can store it in it, or transport a bale to the cows
I love that little tiger car, it is an awesome little mule. But...It is so underpowered it is pathetic...To the point it is almost worthless for any real work.

Hi daggerwin there is a mod that will allow you to have the same affect as a pressure washer for less it’s name is American garden hose i think if you don’t think it’s realistic you can just use it in one area thanks for the great work keep it up

You can only get slurry or manure with an actual barn otherwise it just all goes into the grass
Daggerwin you really should start looking at a new tipper.It would be great if it was at least 15000L or above and by episode 100 you should at least have a bigger combine Harvester.Keep up the amazing work.
I'd recommend a väderstad rapid as the drill. Direct with 3-4m working width and fertilizing
Tiger cat deffo. Similar uses to a pickup, very handy piece of kit and very fitting for the farm style
There is a great cheap (5k for the Dumper and 2.5k for the pup trailer) tipper (21820 L) trailer setup I would recommend as it uses a Pup Trailer Frame that can take other attachments one is a nice big water tanker that would be useful for you.. They all sit on legs when not attached to the pup trailer and you just drive the trailer under and attach. Its in the TLX Phoenix Series mod. There is also a AgrioWork Truck 375hp/675hp it can run and operate any farm equipment that uses a hitch attachment. I managed to pick one up 2nd hand and its the best investment i have made it does all my deliveries no. Only downside is it does lack in the turning circle department and requires a Dolly if you want to use truck trailers as it has no 5th wheel but its got tons of HP
Loving this series so much! I found the Tiger car cute, but essentially useless. It's load box is too small to carry any significant amount of goods. It's fine if you're feeding a handful of chickens, but not for much else other than novelty.
Way too underpowered also.
For cleaning your tractors you should get the M82-Waterhose mod. It's very cheap and gives you a water hose for cleaning your tractors or filling your water trailers. Saves having to drive down to the lake for water
When i was 7 i was watching ur videos o farming simulator 2017 and the were so good i like them until now
You don't need a pressure washer sir....you already have a water tank/trailer with a pump on it and a lake. Just "attach " a spray nozzle one it. Get the mod that splash cleans and rp cleaning with the water tank. I truly think it wouldn't be "cheating" and would totally fit 8n the series
Try the American garden hose I believe it's called it's $50 in the mod hub. It really cuts Costs for machine cleaning
This series has made me purchase FS22 I played FS19 and FS17 but 22 is just so much better with so many more productions packed into it I just had to buy it and I’ve started my own survival farm and I have just harvested my first crop and baled pretty keen to put down some grass and get a mower and a bale wrap and start doing that I’m pretty keen thanks for getting me back into the game daggerwin :)

I do believe Lettuce, Strawberries and Tomato all have the best sale month of January, if you want to produce all three at the same time.
Bidding a bench is easy a deck is hard for planning but fun to build
Honestly i think the lil tigrecar is outclassed. at only 18mph pretty slow for any application you would use if for . Like picking up the lime can get it done faster with the massey and the trailer. Then again it is really cheap so you sort of cant go wrong
You need to place down a slurry pit and they will not make manure.

The high seed rate on the top field is due to the soil type, which would make it a better grass field since grass doesn’t need replanting

I believe there is Great Plains or Deere seeder that is a Direct Drill and they can be tied together to expand your width, if you get a small sub-soiler it will make cutting fields easier…and it’s a flat line behind the tractor as well.
A good seeder for you to use would be the John Deere 8350. It is no till, requires 60 hp, has a working width of 5.2 Meters and is ONLY $6000. You could buy 2 of them to run on both tractors.
17:37 I think it will but it a big down grade from a 8,000 L. Trailer it's has 890 L. But I do think it will be a good chicken feed delivery truck and a very good starting survival challenge #2 when the time comes

That cow shed doesn't produce manure or slurry and their is a garden hose tool that's 55 pounds and acts like a chainsaw
Hmm, how are you supposed to get slurry or manure from a cow pen? Scape it off the grass? I think therefore it´s not in the game. Must say I absolutely love you’re series both Haut Beyleron and Calmsden. Realty interesting to watch the new one with chainsaw100. First I looked at Daggerwin then Chaninsaw100. Really good seeing it from two perspectives! Wow! Love it! Keep it up!

If you want manure from cows on a field than you have to grab a shovel and get it :D

on mod hub is a STIHL RE581 for 1550€
also theres a drill called John Deere 8350 for 6000€ working width of 6m can take seeds and fertilizer
@Daggerwin if you fertilize and lime after seeding it uses less of both for some crops.

You can go without liming for a few harvests but the yield will decrease a little each time

There is a good 6m direct drill 40k ish and needs 170hp on modhub it's a blue tine drill.

You don’t need straw for the cows to produce manure. You used to need it but they patched it in an update saying it was a bug

You should be using seasons that’s what survival challenge is all about not as much challenge without weather
I think, the strawberries, lettuce and tomotoes are at max price in the same month that is january, check it once.
You don’t have to lime after every harvest. Think it says to do it after every 3 harvests in the in game menu just so u know

A harvester like the fahr would not have a automatic unload auger you would have to get out and push it round by hand and clip it there and then the same again to fold once you finish a field most old combines are the same and hydralic unload augers came much later
Think it's not so obvious in this video but I think it is operated by hand crank in the game not hydraulic.

There is a vehicle ramp workshop thats relatively Inexpensive
@Daggerwin You should get the Jungheinrich ETV 216i Forklift as the shop forklift, It can lift things higher and I was able to lift 4 bags with it. It's a really good forklift in my opinion.
Cow pen might be a breeding pen or it doesn't give you anything and you sell them when they are older
I think you should grow lettuce instead of tomatoes it sells more I think
While prices might be better for one crop over another the yield will balance things out. I tested this for five game years on Elmcreek in easy economy in various iterations. Basically, grow a single crop per greenhouse, but at the end of a year (price fluctuations per crop) you will get basically the same amount of money for any crop.
I think you should buy and use it to transport seeds ,fertilizer,lime etc.
I would buy that little machine because I haven’t seen you use that pack very often and If I bought it I would use them all the time
theres a hand held garden hose mods for pressure washing super cheap and convienant
I’d love to see some statistics at the end of the episodes. Get an idea of what you are accomplishing and over what time.
The MB2-Waterhose (Mod) works well for me as a "pressure washer" especially at 150 credits. Like friday as the choice but really like the series regardless of what day it is.
I would love to see grass on one side of the track and crop the other is this possible dagger ??

Is it possible to attach your round bailer to your wind rower, so you can bail at the same time?
If you don't want to use the garden hose that you carry all the time there is a hose reel mod that you can use both as a washer and to fill your tank. It costs money to fill a tank but not to wash

I know this is 2 years later, but wasn’t the whole idea to get cows, to get manure and slurry? It will take a long time before they produce milk,cause they are not fully grown..
