      In winter if you put thecontainer of yougurt on the top most shelve in the oven then in the bottom shelf put a baking tray and fill it with boiling hot water and shut the oven . Then let itrest the curd will be ready by next day . I use this trick and I get very thick yogurt like Greek style.

    Dhanyawad. Thanks for revival of Traditional methods with high values. I do it same way. Your explanation is very easy to understand.
