I was confused between induction and ceramic hotplate, lekin phir mene West point ki ceramic hot plate Le li. No doubt induction kam electricity consume krta hai aur usme khaja bhi quick ban jata hai but the main problem is ke apko usky liye alag se bartan lene oarengy isky elawa induction ka ek air minus point ye hai ke isme fry krne wali chezain jal sakti hai. Hot plate is like gas stove, yes it takes some time but electricity ka itna bhi difference nhi ayega induction ke muqable me.
