They work well together! One of my favorite features is that I can connect the audio from one Volca straight into the Roland Compact so I don't need to use a mixer.
Beautiful... would you say that the Korg Volca FM is the best add on for ambient / chill groove music production with the other two roland synths ? I'm on the fence whether or not the Sonicware XFM or their upcoming granular synth would be a better match. Would really like your opinion. Thanks!
I would say that any FM synth is a great addition when you want to create ambient music because it can produce so many different type of sounds. Since the Volca FM doesn't really have any built in effects besides chorus, it might be a better idea to get something like the XFM unless you want to use external effects. With that said the Volca FM sounds great eventhough it is limited to 3 voices and only have a built in chorus.
Sure! The J-6 is connected via midi so it sends notes to the Volca FM. The audio of the Volca FM is being sent into the mix input of the J-6. The J-6 audio output is going into my usb audio interface into my DAW (FL Studio). The audio of the T-8 is also going into my usb audio interface. In this particular video I have not synced the T-8 to anything so I pressed play manually. But you can sync it to either the Volca FM or J-6 with a 3.5 mm cable. There are many ways to connect these machines! 😅
@@RemixSample thanks for explaining, can you let me me know what audio interface I can take to consume the sounds of my J-6 on my MacBook and how you connected this? I would like to create autiofiles which I can use under video productions later on,
Reminds me of the 80s through sunrise glasses. Reminiscent and sweet like a childhood day dream.
Nice!! 😎
This is beautiful
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks!
Mmmm!!! That's some delicious mellow hazy synth action. Love it.
Just 3 little devices, just a little jam, yet so lovely. Thanks!

It really is! And it is stereo which is great!
Lovely sounds from little big sound machines ,, ❤️
Beautiful work! And I didn't even know that some Roland competition for Korg Volcas existed. :-)

@@RemixSample Spot on, thanks!
I really love this
Wonderful!
Simple but effective. 🙂
Hello mate, really amazing. Is the bass sound coming from T-8?
Hi! Yes that's correct.
@@RemixSample great you sold me that gear.
Could you please explain how these are all connected?

Thanks. What about connecting the t8 to a guitar effects pedal? How would I go about that?

Is this on Spotify?
Hey! No it is not. It will probably just stay here on youtube.
Just 3 instruments?
Yes

Very pretty. Sounding like some Pure Bathing Culture ❤️
Thanks! 🎶
Only fun for a few hours. Then you try and connect to an external keyboard and find out there IS NO EASY WAY to do so. Come on, ROLAND!!
Really? Oh... what is the issue there?
Using MIDI, it is easy to connect it to a keyboard, a sequencer, or a DAW to control it.
I connected a controller with no issue whatsoever. You just need the proper cables.

I don’t have any idea how I arrived at your channel but I only say that it was one of the best moments in my life.
I love this performance so much 🤍
Hey Jose! Happy to hear that! Thank you!
