Hey, first are you using a Switch or another console? Did you follow the entire video from beginning to end, you need to make sure you set the keyboard into Nintendo switch mode, or the corresponding mode based on your console
You have the redragon connected to the Nintendo switches USB slot via the USB-C cable? And also have a Nintendo switch pro controller connected via micro USB as well to the redragon? This will only work with a Pro controller connected to the redragon and not with Joy-Cons. You must follow my video fully to get this to work for you

You don’t need a pro controller for this to work, you can also use it to play fortnite

Can you hear your gameplay on the headset ?
I use a different setup. Astros plugged directly into my screens audio output.

You are going to have to buy a wired controller and the type doesn’t matter

Muutation yea im using a switchh, and yea i pressed the cntrl+2 too, the nouse and keyboard only have light cant move or anything else
