There is nothing wrong with a bride being made beautiful and nicely veiled for her husband. Even the bible says the church will be adorned as a bride is adorned for her bridegroom. External conformity to rules of dressing rather than principle of modesty will not get us to heaven but holiness in heart and intent. Away with the hypocrisy of using externality to judge character and purity
Yet i come in Peace. The Lord himself by His Holy Spirit will teach and guide us aright till we meet him face to face in Jesus name

Best deeper life wedding in recent time, holiness in her wedding dress, no opening of hair, no worldliness in the couple, on like the deeper life weddings we see on net this days that almost make me share tears, because that is not the deeper life wedding we know when growing up, that worldliness is coming into it gradually.

But actually, Deeper Life don't need all these things. The craze for public acceptance is eroding moderation and sobriety in Deeper Life. They should watch against it because the tempter is near.

I am happy for you for the freedom to dance and video on your wedding day. It was absolutely a punishable offense during our wedding in DL 24 years ago. We were suspended for 1 year becos our parents dared bring a cameraman to video our wedding, for holding hands like you did after being pronounced husband and wife and for using take away bowls to serve the guest. I am happy if the change is allowed by the church snd you wont be sanctioned by the church after this outing because its a wedding not a funeral and you should be happy and joyous on your wedding day! . May the Lord grant His church to truly stand for only what is essentially scriptural

Its a good thing for a bride to be adorned for her husband ( though far from being worldly to impress or compete with the world) I am still a Christian and we are still both Christians by God's grace with our children ( not in deeper life church though) . We are not denomination freaks. Jesus did not create denominations We love God and His Church no matter by what name . And the church ( denominations) are not perfect!

Thank God Deeper Life don change oooo, one sister got married in the 80s infact her family especially her mother cried so much for putting on ankara for d wedding, no music, no dance, etc nobody was happy, it's like somebody died suddenly and we are mourning, infact o serious gan, but thank God everything has change.
Keep promoting truth, righteousness and holiness, Jesus will continue to make your home the sweetest in Jesus name amen.
