Thanks for a great interview Sonia and Thomas. I grew up in a household ruled by a narcissist and as a result I am familiar with the tactics used at the moment. Thomas describes them in his books about psychopathy. Bait and switch. Gaslighting. Set family members against each other and nominate one person as a scapegoat (usually the sanest person). Give a little respite from the terror and just as the victims are getting used to their freedom slam down even harder with control freakery. Deliberately use emotional dates such as birthday, Christmas, New Year etc. to create more havoc. Do that enough times and most people will not even try to escape. Ironically it is the scapegoats who cop on to what is happening before everyone else, they can see something is wrong.

Myself and my colleague work in a HSE office. In September we both got covid. We both had exactly the same syptoms and it lasted about the same lenght of time, approx 10 days. Viral symptoms but no respiratory problems whatsover. I am unvaccinated and she was jabbed 2 months previously.
