Hey great video, just wanted to know how you use tidal in India?
Using a VPN, just use it to register and log in, and then you're all set. Personally I've stopped Tidal services right now, they're way too expensive.

@@rohitagni yes please, as these DACs have different tastes for each.
if you think about it, any dac that would emphasize any frequencies such as the mids as your are claiming for ifi go link, it would be measured as noise ( a sound that is not supposed to be here) hence it would degrade the SNR grading ( such as we see with tube amp measuring vs solid state amps ) so if the SNR rating of ifi go link is not much worse than any other
dac (apple dongle for example) then there is no significant dac coloring, no ? can you pick this coloring on ifi go link vs another dac in a blind test ?
Yeah a subtle difference might be found, but I am not someone who tested a bunch of these. I have the Hip DAC 3, and the Go Link and tested out a few more like Audiocular D07, VE Abigail and a Kinsound one all of which had some "noise" or the other (way better than static though). And I feel it's good in some way. If you want the cleanest of sounds, you obviously won't be looking at anything below $500.
@@rohitagni i am not speaking of noise such as random noise over time coming from unclean amplification, i mean that coloration will be interpreted as noise by the measuring rig (if a digital value of X should give Y volts in output but the coloration by design give a y+epsilon voltage, the epsilon will be interpreted as an error (noise)
Correct, and it's not exactly something enthusiasts would mind - that's my 2 cents. MOST people will like this coloring, and obviously it's not for analytical listening

Yes it will. As much as I'm aware, the XM4 has a V-shaped curve as well. So yes, the mids will be raised giving you perfect vocals.
i like the info u said regarding, chu 2 & golink, i am noob and like to experience a hi res audio. but i am not sure if i get the go link which iem would suit me. i like hearing instrumental sounds with clear vocal and medium bass. currently i use airpod 3 with my iphone apple music. can u pls suggest me an iem. i have seen the below items in headphonezone, but not sure ⁉which one would suit..

I am not a fan of coloration, but iFi Xbass boost and overall tonality is the most tasteful in any DAC. The KZ example was spot on 🙌

Yes it's totally better than the Abigail Pro.
I got his dac and the simgot ea500 lm but unfortunately had problems with the dac there was no sound output on my oneplus 11r it would get connected after a 5 mins disconnected and no sound output
