Since most of the characters/realms seem to follow the most recent movie, I could see it being Mulan and Shang with Mushu stuck on Eternity Isle to entice people to buy the DLC.
The only argument I can think of for this could be Rapunzel having her long blonde hair again, however her animated series on Disney+ did give her back her long blonde hair so that could still explain that.
Mulan will probably appear in her green outfit. As for a mission, maybe something is preventing her from getting to the temple and we have to clear the way and wake up Mushu from is stone state? Or maybe Shang is stuck somewhere and we have to save him? Who knows!!
