Excellent video and trip report. I have not been to Mumbai for almost 13 years. The airport has changed dramatically compared to before; in other words, looks a lot more modern and better. Equally as nice as Delhi, but some of the Indian airports have improved but they still have some way to go. My parents have passed thru these airports on their own though before a few years ago so they reported it is nice in terms of its appearance. Hopefully I will cross paths in Mumbai again one time in my life.

Old terminal building is now a scrapyard. Mumbai airport is the 5th most beautiful airport in the world 2015. Whole new massive terminal called as T-w was made for a cost of 2 billion dollars. It is fully new, do visit it once.
The food given to you was much better and I was expecting this aircraft back in December for my flight to Delhi. But they deployed Boeing 737 which kinda disappointed me.

The Captain was introducing himself on behalf of his First Officer and the entire crew, not briefing his FO. Many flight crew give passengers this level of information, its more common than you think :)
Good report. I found the 9W B777 Economy seats extremely uncomfortable. Bad legroom and very hard, almost no padding. Even worse than Delta! Air India's seats are way better if you travel on the same airplane.

They served the same exact meal when I flew to Kochi from Mumbai and it tasted great!
If i am not wrong, jet airways uses Airbus A330 for flight 9w12.
