My Grandsons good friend. 27, is a wonderful guy and a nice boy. He's also a Detroit Policeman, that I worry about everyday. My heart goes out to this officers family, because the majority of these officers have a touch job out there. And without them it would really be a scary place to live. My son was very sick and going into convulsion as a baby. And the police in my town were at my house in 5 minutes and saved his life.

I don't know how anyone can want to be a cop anymore. I'm thankful they do, but in places like this where the politicians protect the killers there's no reason they should risk their lives as they do.

What I read that is more tragic is that..NYPD officers believe their lives are More important or valuable then civilians..
