The trauma I have dealt with started when I was being bullied in highschool and I've been told it's all in the past and I need to let that go but the only way I can let go of that is i have to forgive and i don't know how i should forgive them

I was thinking about how sometimes we remove ourselves from something so that we have space to form our own perspective, find our own power, our own solidity and then we can return to that thing as a new empowered being that can experience it without being so influenced and beat down by it. Also was thinking about moving 😅 was feeling it and as soon as you started talking about being said back home and such I knew i was going to be encouraged to move!

OK, there's a super fine line between everything she is saying and living a life full of pride and pridefulness. God opposes the proud, it's in His word. And if growing and changing and expanding your horizons means becoming successful in a worldly sort of way whether it be the place you live, your aesthetic, your wealth, your personal achievements and it causes you to look at God's favored people, which is actually the humble in a sort of demeaning to where you would even say that they're small minded when we are told not to our minds minds on earthly things and to set our mind on the things above. i've been down that journey that's what the new age teaches it looks like it's God's plan for you, but it's counterfeit. You can tell because it's completely selfish. It's all about you and your desires and the people you should love the most your own family. They're always the ones that you're ready to just throw away like they're trash and you're special. Yet once you get to the other side of it, and you really are given the faith to believe in God, and you realize your eternal separation from God because of your own sinfulness and that you need a savior and God gives you to His son Jesus, you have to throw it all away. You can rise above all your background. You can change your circumstances. Your past does not define your future. I came from an unloving, broken, abusive home. I've had a gun in my mouth and my finger on the trigger. Thank God I did not squeeze it that last bit. I now feel God had a plan for me. It may not be me myself, maybe it will the children I will have. Maybe they will be the ones I am still here for. Maybe they will change the world. My life is still not perfect now, but I did not give up. I am thankful for what I have, even if it is not exactly what I wish for. The future is ahead of you, all you have to do is go out and get it. It may be a very difficult journey, but it is possible.

.. I had wonderful parents 🥰! They gone, I feel emptiness in my life 😢. Even though I didn't visit them as often as I should (and I regret now), but I loved them ❤ and they knew it! In school I had good friends (we had few bullies too who spoiled years, but friends are those I remember fondly now). For my childhood I am mostly grateful. ☺

I didn't start drinking or anything. I never had such problem. In fact even occasion, social drinking ended. I just have other interests like sport, outdoors walk/run, nature. I've had a gun in my mouth and my finger on the trigger. Thank God I did not squeeze it that last bit. I now feel God had a plan for me. It may not be me myself, maybe it will the children I will have. Maybe they will be the ones I am still here for. Maybe they will change the world. My life is still not perfect now, but I did not give up. I am thankful for what I have, even if it is not exactly what I wish for. The future is ahead of you, all you have to do is go out and get it. It may be a very difficult journey, but it is possible.

i’ve really been feeling stuck and down recently and something inside me just wants to go change and go somewhere new and get out and experience the world God has created but I can’t because I’m still only a child and there’s not much I can do right now
I feel like this is for me. I have the opportunity to start a new job and I’m not sure where God is leading me. I’m afraid to leave these people I’ve worked with for the past 4 years behind. But I know this opportunity presented itself for a reason.
