From a West Ham POV, I am super happy with the job Moyes has done but I feel like with the players we have (4 players at least are top top class) we should be challenging top 6 comfortably playing attractive football. Again, happy with Moyes to stay until the end of the season but I feel like sometimes fans want change in the style of play etc. and there is nothing wrong with that. You can be grateful at the job he's done and still want him to go at the end of the season.

He'll be in big trouble when we lose Paqueta in the summer and other clubs start swarming around Kudus next. These players can't be enjoying the style he implements, understandably.

Someone’s already said it in comments but as a West Ham fan we have been spoiled with the success but we can also complain. We’ve become so reliant on paqueta that when he doesn’t play we don’t win which is a problem. Away from home against arsenal for example I’m happy to play absolutely shocking football for the benefit of 3 points, but when we take that mentality into facing Brighton at home when they were demolished with injuries and we just let teams do what they want with the ball it is annoying. Moyes in till end of the season but unless he wins europa I think he’s taken us as far as he can and he’s 100% a legend of our club

  • @emersonwhufc4227

The reason most of us want Moyes gone is purely down to watching it week in, week out. His treatment of players is horrible, he always gets his subs wrong, being 2-0 down before making a change. We never control games, and for a defensive set up we seem to concede a lot. Personally I feel like we’re at a cross roads, we have quality players in Kudus, Paqueta, Bowen etc and if we don’t at least attempt the next jump, they’ll soon be off and we’ll fall back to mediocrity. And that conference league win was incredible but it really did hide our 14th place finish. Completely understand other West Ham fans wanting him to stay but having to go to the bowl every other week to see us sit back and counter from minute 1 is starting to grate on me

To think Liverpool and Chelsea scouting departments both offered £110m for in toms words "Just a good player" is insane to me. "One good season" - Search Caicedo - United. Guy was being scouted from young by all the top teams. You just see what you want to see. Loses the ball whilst being forced to play a double pivot on his own - rubbish. The 957 tackles and interceptions he made, 14 drives through midfield, 93% pass sucess rate etc ya'll go temporarily blind for... It's just lazy. 😭

As a West Ham supporter, I wouldn't say that David Moyes is the most underappreciated manager in the Prem. I do agree that he has given us the most success that I have seen during my 25 years of life, especially with the Conference League title.
However, one of the major reasons why we are "calling for his head," is because, prior to the 3-1 win at Everton, and the 4-2 win against Brentford, we were winless in 8 games. We managed 4 draws and 4 loses since January 1st, which is not something to be happy about, if Moyes' goal was to push us up further, beyond the 6th place spot. We were closing in on Tottenham for a short period of time, however; since we went winless in 8 games, it had dropped us down to 9th, just above Wolves and Chelsea. It doesn't mean that we aren't grateful for Moyes. We just know what his ceiling is as a manager.
