26:52 Hertl isn't from Czechoslovakia, he is from Czech Republic. Czechoslovakia separated into Czech Republic and Slovakia before Hertl was born.

Seems self evident Brendan Brisson simply hasn’t played enough hockey to be competitive on a highly accomplished VGK roster.
He has that innate ability to shoot and score when the opportunity is good enough. But the complete game..the things you do on a shift and away from the puck..just looks like he lacks play time acumen.
Growing up in LA and playing on a boarding school then some time in USHL plus some time in Michigan and on a successful junior world team from USA…how much actual depth of experience does that yield. Makes me wonder if he would better benefit playing on a European league team as Austin Matthew’s did. Might go a long way toward advancing his overall game while honing his natural shooting game. ✅

Just hope we're by messing with the lineup for not game reasons..... Goalie Canada tryouts and letting the kid play @ home (wish they gave him a shot maybe on the second line)

Would we even be talking about Brisson if his Dad was not a big time agent? Cole Schwindt has looked Great, he reminds me of Nick Roy in the best way!

      Schwindt has looked terrific!
Right the Brisson connection has been nothing but awkward. Probably will resolve by either he will improve with Silver Knights or his opportunities will diminish depending on his playing maturing. Probably should have stayed on in Michigan. These kids who got limited by Pandemic has slowed things too.

      T. Intern says it's clear where Brisson ranks in the grand scheme of things

@ which is what..not sure myself watching this early season..just seems to struggle to insert himself in game ..because this is a team already replete with depth of skills and experience.

Yes you can tell how much Tony dislikes this team . Always slamming and mocking William Karlsson then saying just get rid of Ben Hutton like he's nothing! Ben is a good defenseman and an awesome person. Doesn't complain at all over his lack of playing time. Guess I'll stop watching the podcast I'm just tired of Tony's negativity. Chris is always fair with his analysis. If you read this Chris I'm a Chicago guy too. Lifelong hawks fan who moved out here and became a vgk fan when they started play. I still follow the hawks tho. If he's a vgk fan he gives the impression of all the vgk haters with the comments. Oh well that's my opinion for what it's worth. Have a good day!

      Agree! I
But I actually enjoy Tony’s shtick with his Vegas updates and the fact he gets around..more interesting than many of the other hockey podcasts where often the delivery of content has very little entertainment value.
Chris is so well informed and offers good analysis so I don’t need to have Tony be all in on the virtues of VGK hockey.
That said Karlsson is a terrific player. I was likely pretty much the first local to attend a Knights practice having worked in hockey prior to moving here..I called rink and asked about team practice. Someone walked me to the practice very nice. This was September 2017. Karlsson was first player I watched and had watched him in Columbus. The energy just in that practice was interesting.. felt like players had been together awhile… gave a sense they were going to play well. So Tony ragging on Karlsson…liked watching the old Johnny Carson shows when regular bandleader was not there Tommy Newsome filling in. Carson always on his case. Tony seems old school hosting. In today’s social media realm folks short on humor and quick to take offense. This is Vegas and here’s some lounge lizard poking around outside the fortress. So yes pesky but lighten up fans.

I miss going going to the Mad House on Madison. Hutton is a mystery. I think that's ultimately what we are after. Thanks for watching and I hope you continue to do so!

I have had the same thoughts a few times. I just learned to like disliking him. I do find it funny a guys that dislikes the VGK is doing a podcast about them 5 days a week. I am also one of the beloved everyday listeners. Somedays I am like god I hate this show, yet every god damn morning I listen to these guys on my morning commute. its like an abusive relationship, I should report Tony to RUclips, and do not try to pull this up on WTF Friday what happens in the comments stays in the comments.
