From my gameplay experience of this update so far I can say that adding a volatile packs running around the city hunting their prey lead by a volatile tyrant would be cool af. These packs would be big (at least 10 volatiles), loud and only running on streets. Imagine seeing huge packs of volatiles in the distance already on a hunt. Also it would be cool and scary if a survivor who calls for help at night would be later torn to pieces by the volatiles if the call is ignored by the players
FYI: Gritty + Dark and Harran Sunset color grading match darkness of Darker Nights, not to mention Gritty was updated to better match e3. Good night and good luck.
the 'you are hunted' addition is pretty intense, especially with the other new changes. great gameplay though, felt like watching a movie most of the time
There are only 2 problems w this update. One controller they change the slide Busta left right bumper I hate it. And once you get in the Chase Volitiles Stop spawning on the streets and roofs they only come out of the vents which stops them from spawning all the way around you like they did in dying light one which makes it harder to keep a chase makes them easier to escape
New update is cool, but i have 2 small nitpick and its whoosh sound from farjump and double jump and also stamina bar is not same color as health bar grey
I've been on the fence about DL2 since it came out... honestly I think DL1 is still better. The first one at least had some semblance of realism with the parkour, in this one it looks like you're playing Spider-Man, almost. Plus there are barely any zombies on the streets...
Yes because being able to pull yourself up with a grappling hook like you're on an elevator in dl1 is so realistic right? Lol people will find anything to complain about.
@remembernavarro5344 Dying Light 2 having better parkour, actual grappling hook physics, and parkour attacks makes 100% better in every way. Good try though.
this complains about the lack of realism while DL1 has a fucking Batman-style grappling hook... currently DL2 is really very good. we must not forget that DL1 was really not great when it was released, the game was allowed 6 years of updating
@@Spirit-Fire I didn't say I can't handle them, I said it is annoying now and not a fun anymore (at least for me). I like intense games, but they put it in a lazy way. Good idea, bad execution. Especially for new players and low level characters. The Volatiles should scale with the progress, and this is not the case after the update. :)
Could you imagine seeing someone irl move around like this? Dude would end up in a mental facility lol
What are you talking about they wouldn’t be able to catch him 😂
That was almost kind of where Aiden was raised
@@memphismorningstar4076cars irl are a thing lol
Me: Gonna wait up till morning. My heart can't take when being chase like that.
It’s not that scary with the new parkour cuz you can just go fast af
Same lol

Jesus that sounds frightening. Reminds me of when waltz dug inside of Dylan’s flesh to find the gre key
Love this idea so much.
That’d be sick!

Its nice but gritty needs a bit more work like sometimes its too grey and nights are still gray too
@@weplo1597 True, it's just greatly better than before this update when color grading first released.
@@NevilsicoShard I think Harran Sunset is the best, it gives Villedor a really apocalyptic vibes, making it seem like a dead city.
@@Jimmm11 I really enjoyed the e3 2019 demo of DL2 so I've been using Gritty but yeah DL1 Harran colors are great and nostalgic.
Sunset Harran makes it yellow ish in a good way looks fire

Danm why the hell is this game so friking realistic
01:10 dl2 volatiles in the nutshell
Bro moving like this call of duty. Great vid I know you gonna hit 1m one day.
No matter how much updated the community is still gonna be like "ThIs GaMe StIlL sUcK!"

Because it does till they finish with the free updates (fixes)
@@weplo1597Dude I didn't even realize that stamina and health aren't both white like 2019 trailers, strange, appreciate info.
@@NevilsicoShardYeah e3 2019 immunity hud is also back but colors are different
@@weplo1597gah damn I thought I was picky😂
As someone who just started a new save file I'm hoping this doesnt massively affect the earlier missions at night time
how do you even have fun moving like this
Play ,you will have fun....its a video game, not that serious brother
"Better, stronger, faster."
It's still easy to shake off chase, hopefully they fix it
Night-time is like a minefield of volatiles.
Thank you, i thoroughly enjoyed that
It's such a good update
You want dying light 2 nights to be like dying light 1 turn your gamma 10 and have the darker nights color grading😊

you can't kill the volatiles even when your a high rank that shit is annoying. it made me stop playing for a while
This title for the video made me laugh for some reason
I mean night is still piss easy but the parkour feels soooo nice
Plus does he have bones
How did you do the rope swing boost? And can it be done from monkey bars too?
You hit the attack button while on a rope/monkey bar. You can also do it on a ledge with open area underneath it
@@fatraptor2357 Epic, thanks a lot.
Can i ask how you do that slide far jump i cant seem to do it now dont know why
r1 on ps i think and rb for xbox i dont play pc so i dont know what that button is
have to press your jump button while sliding now.
*you are hunted.*
Annoying update. Skiping this until Volatiles are rebalanced.
