@@cnecmh I'm not sure if the tamper button will work. You can try it by pressing this button 3 times after you releasing it when the device is rebooted and wait for 35s before pressing this button. But the best way is using the attendance software to connect to the device.
Actually I don't know about this device, you can try the method with 8888 + password generator, or you can try to connect to the device from the software with USB cable add it in the software with USB connection. Maybe it may work
