  • DELICIOUS HIGHLY NUTRITIOUS AND PROTEIN RICH RECIPE is what I cook to eat after I work out. Such a delicious recipe to cook for family and friends. Start by boiling the beans and while the beans are boiling, add the sauce mix and let it continue boiling. Stop cooking the beans and sauce after one hour in total.     INGREDIENTS:
    1 1/2 Cup black Beans, soaked overnight.
    6 1/2 cups vegetable broth
    1 Bay leaf
    1 Green Bell peppers, chopped.
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 Cup Corn meal
    8 Ounces of Seitan
    2 scallions- Chopped.
    1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
    1/2 Cup Yellow corn meal
    Ground Black pepper and salt
    4 Large cloves garlic
