How long should i heat my screen to remove the paste ? My mic piece is defective.. its so hard to remove the screen . How many seconds should i heat the side of screen?

My Doogee v30 switched itself off and now when I plug in the charger it just goes into a continual cycle of boot logo then off, then boot logo then off every few seconds. Sometimes when I plug in there is a message that battery is too low to start phone and to let it charge but it never charges no matter how long I leave it. Confused. Any pointers as to what may be causing this? Possibly a software issue? Any help at all to point me in the right direction would be appreciated. Maybe it is a write off?

Dude you must message the official doogee they will send you free usb type c charging port. I guess thats the defective part of your doogee

Try charging it on its wireless charging, see if its working on wireless charging.. if its not working its the battery thats defective.

Mine too is not working, i message the doogee supplier where i bought my phone and they will send me a mic piece for free. My friends cant hear me when i call
