Hello Sir, In ATF giving configuration item/Assignment group field value is all hard coded only.. Is there a possibility like these field can pick the values dynamically.

How to retrieve a value from a field like read only field Number . Response will be appreciated
Hi, You need to write a script in Run Server Validation step in which you can return number of field. I will post custom session as well soon.
I think ATF ITIL user was rolled back after the test that's why it was not present while searching.
