My favorite part of this video is actually seeing the man himself work and getting his hands dirty I think anyone can appreciate that
I agree. Unlike that walking douche Richard Rollings, Foose can run the business and build the cars. Rollings made his fame and fortune off of someone else's hard work.
@@musclecarpat68 lets not forget the ultimate walking douche ,Dave kndig...he loves to hear himself talk about how awesome he is and self taught.. he is playing with crayons compared to chip, who to is self taught, but dose not feel the need to talk about it..he is so fricken lucky to have deep pocket customers who he can baffle with his bull shit about how great a designer he is...he is almost as narcissistic as trump
@@musclecarpat68 Rollings wanted to be famous (says so himself) and found a team who also wanted that sort of glory. He was the money guy and once he had a team he pitched the show to producers. He has stated numerous times that he knows little about cars. The only reason anyone even knows rollings or aaron for that matter is because of the show. It was a cheesy tv production that was started to make people famous and not actually about the cars. Same thing as all the old discovery channel drama build shows. FOOSE on the other hand was designing and building award winning cars long before his TV debuts. Sam Foose was legendary in the car world and he certainly helped shape Chip into the builder he became.
@@corail53 Yes , and Sam never got the respect he deserved. And another car builder who don't is Bill Hines. The only tv man that works and designs today is Bill of Texas Metal.
Let's not forget Chip takes inspiration from some very influential masters. Gene Winfield, for the "Fade" & George Barris the master of "Frenching" I suppose I should mention Boyd. But it goes beyond that also. He picks his team members well! He has an eye for detail and his "looks like factory" ideas should of came from the factory. Subtly is his Ace in the hole! Speaking of Aces, huge shout out to Mike Lavalle( may he rest in peace) ♠💀Killer Paint💀♠
Man this video came at a perfect time. Nothing like watching Foose do his work to distract you from the current madness.
You're right, takes you away from it all in these COVID days and under the chaos, the leaderless past 3 years we've been experiencing!!!!!
3 Years later hopefully you two have woken up and realized how bamboozled you have been? @@desperadolighfoot8534
I saw this car when I was at Chip's shop a couple of months back, looks even more amazing in person.
Chip Foose is a perfectionist. He thinks of every little detail. I love watching him on Overhaulin the TV show too.
Haven't seen Chip in about 7 years I thought he stopped working on cars. Glad to see him expressing his vision thew car art again. Man time flys.
Like a friend said “ Life is not a dress rehearsal “
As a bodyman of 33yrs and previous bodyshop owner, I can’t do what Chip does. He has a rare gift to see things done before they’re done. Talented individual 👍 I’m jealous lol😄
Absolutely awesome to see Chip Foose working on his projects!!!
It would be a dream come true to learn this art from Chip. I have always been a fan of his skill and attitude since I first saw him on overhaulin. My parents submitted my car to that show and I hoped everyday to see it suddenly gone and on the show.
This isn’t just a ride anymore, it’s a sculpture. Wow!
*Foose design* thank-you for taking the time to show us. God Bless.
I love how there is no body filler used by Mr Foose. All metal concourse restoration. Such a legend.
Chip Foose makes an amazing Restomod. It looks fantastic like always. He´s the Master of Design!!!
I always enjoy your shows. I wish I could meet you and my fix up my cars and truck. I can't do anything anymore. My body is not working right anymore. Because I have cancer. So thank you for your videos. God bless you and your team. .
I remember watching Chip Foose' show on cable TV in the 2000s. A once in a lifetime talent when it comes to custom automobiles.
Great Job Chip. Nice to see you cutting through to the inner beauty.
Great execution of mild body mods that clean up the car and takes it to where designers saw it in their heads before the production suits changed it for mass production.
This man always takes the bumpers to where they should have been .
There is never any overkill in any of his builds. Always subtle touches and classy designs. That car was stunning.
I always love watching the overwhelmed recipients of a Foose car.
No one really deserves a Foose car they just get lucky enough to own one. This level of craftsmanship and complete overhaul and re-engineering is priceless. You couldn't get it anywhere else.
Your biggest fan in Portugal from a long time ago. Its a pleasure see you working... Thank you.
I’m enjoy watching Chip working on the cars .for many years he’s really good, my hero
I was there... beautyfull car and a honor to meet Chip Foose💪🏽👊🏻
I met Mr. Foose several times! He not just a great show car builder but he is just a good a man!! He also designed the building of Motor City Casino in Detroit,MI. Nice 69!!👍
True artist! Love 69 Camaros, was in Vietnam in 69
The attention to detail, craftpersonship, and Chip's subtle modifications to lines, rolls, and corners is what make these cars so beautiful! I miss the TV series, but so glad we can continue to watch you work here.
Yeah, Chip is a great Craftsman
A rare treat to see The Master at work ...
You have a true gift Mr. Foose - those of us that appreciate this car's time in history thank you for your passion to make this creation. God Bless you!
I know you probably don’t care but… This car was made for my fathers best friend and it is a very very nice car he made, he did a wonderful job on it. My favorite part is when the engine is in idle, the ground shakes like no other car I’ve ever seen. It’s engine is very nice too.
I have been following Chip Foose forever, he's definitely one of the greats of our time. From Conception to finished product genius. BUT every time I look at him I still think of Jim Breuer
Love watching this guy work with metal🙏
So glad you ended up changing the stock steering wheel. Great build Chip!
Chip Foose the Michaelangelo of the car world .. you Sir are an Artist...
It always blows my mind when I see the result, with what attention to detail he approaches the matter.
The Camaro is a dream!
Many greetings from Germany.
What dreams are made of dam nice work
Flawless, like always Chip Foose always builds amazing cars and trucks. Love how he finds the perfect balance of old school and new technology.
Always love see the man work his ideas are amazing wish he would do my truck or when I get the car like i had in high school 1967 gta Ford Fairlane fast back that I gave up for my kids and have the same paint job to my truck thanks foose for the show for the dream I'm hoping for some day
Chip is definitely a 4 wheel genius. There’s nobody like him anywhere in the world.
I think people are commenting on the wheels because they'd rather see a Rally Style wheel done retro. This car was built for someone with certain ideas in mind. By the owner's reaction, he focused on the wheels because that's probably one area he had major influences. As a builder you don't build what you want but what the customer wants. In the end, that's a $200k+ build all day long. Well done Chip, well done.
I agree no need for the music. I hope 1 day my el camino will look almost as good. Amazing work as always Mr. Foose
I'd be hitting the streets with this! Rock chips? Oh well! Built to run! Chip is the master and a good man!
Simply AWESOME and STUNNING.And if that workshop is near Huntingdon Beach I was there in 2013 looking at Chips projects and it was a thrill, unfortunately I just missed him but we got to meet him at Motor X in Sydney and he was really really nice to meet.
Thanks you Mr chip you really make car dreams come true I wish you all the best may God bless you are a true inspiration to all car guys around the world
Chip Ive watched you for so many years perfecting your art, youve been a true inspiration for me and what Im creating now . Your an amazing artist
Am I the only one that would subscribe to a member's only channel of a camera on his shoulder and a mic for when he's talking to himself? I'd LOVE to be a fly on the wall while this Da Vinci is at work.
There are some car designers who tell others what to do....Chip Foose on the other hand...actually does it.There is nothing he can't do on a car, body work, mechanics, design...oh yeah he can paint too....one word....mastercraft man...start to finish!
My uncle had a 427 Camaro SS with the speed lines (is that what they call the crease coming off the top of the wheel arches/fenders?) in the mid 1980s - IN THE UK. Over here it was even more epic than it would have been in the US. Nobody had anything like it. But this one that Chip has overhauled is utterly beautiful. I've always thought the 1969 Camaro is one of the most perfect-shape cars ever made and now in that blue with the red and white accents, it's beyond perfect. They've been steadily climbing in value the past 20 years. I keep looking at the US eBay site and thinking I should import one but I think I've missed my chance now.
Just magnificently total restoration, and looks majestic, great job.
Truly wish I could afford a Foose modified/restored car. Mine would be a 68 Ford Thunderbird w/a landau top. Loved my originial 68, but had to sell it when I was in the Army. Hard to find in half decent condition now. A veterans wish will always be a veterans dream. Keep up the great work you do Mr. Foose.
You and me both!!👍🏾
This is the man behind some of the most beautiful car designs in america that's my opinion this guy is a genius when it comes to cars aesthetic and functions
What a thing of beautiful. If I ever get my hands on the money i would gladly get Chip Foose to build me one of these. Love watching him work his magic.
un homme simple avec un talent incroyable et une vision de la voiture dans sa globalité!! respect!!! et admiration de ma part!!! en espérant un jour vous rencontrez!! un petit frenchy!
Subtle changes that don't distract from the beauty of the original body design. I love it!
Chip foose is the man.another beautiful car done by him.
FOOSE IS 1 OF THE GOATS!💪🏾💯
Chip is gods gift to cars. Love how he can always see what the car should have been. Thank you for including us on this awesome journey
If there's anybody I want to rebuild me a car, it will be this man , and only him, respect
That is great to see Chip doing his work
If you watch Chip Foose you notice he doesn't blink his eyes with normal frequency...he has a kinda poker player stare when he's working.
Legendary! This guy does amazing work, loved watching his show, you can see the passion and the man working on them as well
Foose ist mit riesigen Abstand der absolut beste seines Faches!
Chip & Crew, what a Masterpiece! The 1969 LT4 SS Camaro is a piece of Art work. Exceptional build 🇺🇸😎👍
What a beautiful car ! Foose and his crew are genius....💪🏻
It’s nice to see Chip actually doing the work. And everything doesn’t happen in 30 minutes.
I will have to say I get a lot dirtier than he does working on my projects.
The mans concepts and aesthetics are spot on!Bloody fantastic!!!Respect from Karachi,Pk.....
I knew chip was an amazing designer I didn't know he did Bodywork welding as well that's awesome
I would love to havea master designer/artist mechanic take my 66 tempest to this type of level. thank you chip for giving us dreams
Work on it my man, the hardest thing to do is to get guys busy working on their dreams. Once you do and you will make mistakes, but follow your dream and it will all pay out in the end!
Attention to DETAIL.... that what makes him so perfect!!!
He is such an amazing designer and fabricator. And his whole team are skilled craftsman. I wish I had a car and the money to own a Foose designed car. Keep up the amazing work, it sure is enjoyable to watch.
This car was made for my fathers best friend and it is a very very nice car he made, he did a wonderful job on it. My favorite part is when the engine is in idle, the ground shakes like no other car I’ve ever seen. It’s engine is very nice too.
Happy for the guy. What a dream to own a Foose.
It would be an honor to work with this guy. I would work for this guy for free If life worked that way. The knowledge and skill he has is priceless.
I have a 68 camaro project for you. Been working on it since I was a young teenager. Im now 32 and it's almost done.lol
great work!!! and that guitar intro amazing... goes perfect with this kind of job.
Chip I've always been a fan of your passion. I would give anything for the chance to spend the rest of my days on earth working with you and your amazing crew. I happen to be blessed with the ability to do whatever I set my mind too. I am great with my hands and have an impeccable eye for details. Yes!!! This is me looking for an avenue to share my passion. I am not looking for a JOB I'm looking to share of myself that I know will be a great asset to your company and TEAM !!!
Hey chip. Love what you and your team do to these cars. You are a car modding genius my man. Wish I could get my new edge mustang gt modded by you. Dream come true
Chip is a living legend when to car design, customisations & anything car related.he modified a car seat how often do you see that.he is very classy with his designs.i love this guys work.there is nothing I don’t like about his cars.
Nothing but the BEST-always first class work or better. Mr Foose you are a genius.
I have such a man-crush on Chip Foose, I bet he smells like Old Spice & motor oil. He is so much "The MAN" on anything he touches. So much talent & he seems to be genuinely a nice person.
Good to see something done right and not over done , love to see door handles and the front end left alone
Because it is a car and not a rocket ship even like the carage bolts on the bumpers left on , I have a 67 I bought in 1973 for 775.00 $ at that time a z28 cost 1800 who in the world would buy that expensive of a car.
In all the time I've had it I put 20,000
Miles on it , time capsule.
I despise resto mods, but seeing chip use the edge on a bench, and the dolly laying on top of the shear to shape metal makes me smile. Real fabricators dont need $200,000 of equipment.
Was awesome meeting you in Saudi Arabia! One day as we agreed we'll do a build :)
Best regards!
WOW, Even though I am really an Early Mustang & Early Corvette "Big Power" Fan I Could see me in this fantastic "FOOSE" CAMARO CRUISING DOWN THE ROAD IN A FLAWLESS PIECE OR AUTO-ART.......... I miss seeing Foose more often like when he had a TV show....... GREAT CAR......!!!!
SOU BRASILEIRO DO MENOR ESTADO QUE É SERGIPE MAIS VCS É COISA DE OUTRO MUNDO ADMIRO MUITO O TRABALHO DE VCS
O fosse e top um grande designer
An absolutely awesome piece! Wwas a fan of his dad and wstched him since worked for Coddington. He is an artist!)
How cool is it to see a guy at Chip's level actually doing so much of the work?
Funny how the subtle changes you don't see make it look so good. Nice job.
Chip Foose and Dave Kindig are automotive gods.
Just imagine the level of skill and passion required to work at Foose
Now that's what you call a real master craftsman
Foose Design, are the Best of the Business. I'm the guy that loves to watch your work and I have to say there is only the Best of the Best and I watch others build cars, but there is no one else that can build a Great looking car the way you do Mr. Foose. You are the Best in the Business. Love your work.
Just wanted you to know that you and your team have always been mine and my brothers favorite builder. Love your talent and your positive and awesome attitude. Thank you
Only wish i had enough money to have you build me a fantastic 41 willys
I have always loved Chips work.
Chip Fosse's creativity and attention to detail simply created a piece of art. This car should be placed in a museum. Hats off to Chip and his team....
Great designer, brilliant mind,fun to watch,wonderful fabricator..kudos
I saw this car close up just a little while back. It belongs to my boss. He just returned from California picking it up. The car is awesome.
