Love when people say there's no loads. No there's no loads where you wanna go it's that simple. An usually if you do a bullshit run you get a run you want. But their be guys sitting in the yard for days or weeks waiting on a load an I just ran one load now I'm heading west or I take a load west an back n the guys still sitting never made sense to me

EXCELLENT video! I’d always kinda wondered how those trailers on flatbeds and step-decks were actually dragged up. The guide wheel and center channel to haul it up straight (duh!). Anyway….great tutorial. Regarding the weight-distribution, how long was the ‘haul’ trailer? Usually 20’ or under…..or single-axle……weight distribution hitch not required (and sometimes the neck is too short for one to fit). Better yet, you took your time and didn’t rush. Or was it that the heat just sapped the soul out of you? 😀

@@WeekendTruckin Shawn, sorry I didn't make it clear. Picture of your bed from the left, or right side (bed only). I thought I had found one, but Indiana transport said it would not work, even though the wheel pocket was only 33 in. I am going to have to have a bed custom made I think. I'm not finding one on the marketplace, that has been reasonably priced. The ones that have been for sale on there are like gold in price. And if it's not too much trouble can you take a few pictures of your 10000 pound hitch assembly on the back of the truck. If you ever make it to the Kansas City area I would like to meet up with you in person for half an hour, or an hour. We can grab a lunch, salad or something non-alcoholic to drink. I live in Platte City Missouri by the big QuikTrip truck stop on I-29. I work down on I-70 and 435 on the Kansas side by the Legends, and the Kansas Speedway area. If you ever want to meet up in person. I think what you've done is inspirational, and balancing your business, and personal life, and just enjoying life! Thank you for any help you can give me Shawn.
