    Ingredient (8 pieces)
    200g minced beef, 200g minced pork, 1/2 onions, 1 egg, 4 bell peppers, Worcester sauce, pork cutlet sauce, starch powder, salt, pepper, cooking oil
    1) Mix 200g of minced beef, 200g of minced pork, 1/2 (chopped) onion, 1 egg, salt and pepper. Add 1 spoonful of starch powder and mix together.
    2) Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the top and seeds.
    3) Sprinkle starch powder on the inside of the bell pepper and coat it well.
    4) Fill the bell pepper with meat dough. Fill in the dough so that it comes out bulging.
    5) Add Worcester sauce and pork cutlet sauce in 1:1 ratio and heat slightly. (You can make 8 pieces sauces with 8 spoons of Worcester sauce and 8 spoons of pork cutlet sauce.)
    6) Grease a wok or pan and bake over medium heat with meat dough facing down.
    7) When the surface is golden brown, reduce the heat to a low heat and add the bell pepper towards the bottom.
    8) Add a little water and bake with the lid on. Open the lid to check the condition and bake it with a little more water. (For your information, I baked it for about 15 minutes, but the time may vary depending on the cooking environment.)
    *Tip : How to find out if the meat dough is cooked to the inside! Poke the chopsticks inside the meat dough. When clear juices flow out, it's done.
    9) Sprinkle the sauce on top of the finished bell pepper nikuzume.
