I just moved my Total Gym from my bedroom into my living room so I can do the exercises along with you until I get rolling. I'm more motivated this way. There's no room to walk but who cares. It will only be for a week or two ☺️
Ladies first thing NEVER leave your hair down , it will get caught in the machine and yank your hair out with the same force in which you are moving and you won’t be thanking yourself for that, some of these instructors are trying to look a certain way for the camera and that vanity will cost them it only takes one time, official total gym instructors put their hair up , don’t get me wrong she’s doing good except the hair which is Not a risk you want to take🤙🌺
Cass, I really enjoy your exercises. I purchased the GTS, with accessories. However, I'd appreciate if you would point out what level you have your equipment set. And, if we should go up or down for difficulty or ease. Thank you.
This is great. I love the focus on the exercises and the good form. No unneeded "Awesome", "Amazing", "you got this."....BS Really useful and I put them right to use. I have the Wieder Ultimate Workout but it basically works the same. After the workout I bench pressed my house!
