In pai gow joker is only an ace or you can use it for a str8 or flush.

If you didn't have the flush when she had A high, you would have one 40 to 1 on the $50 bet
NO offense, it doesn't make any sense to set up no bonus cards when dealers have ace High PG. just leave cards there and go to next hand.
