Специи растут прямо в огороде. ‘ самое главное вода льётся без счетчика . Мне всегда нравились блюда приготовленные на природе в таких непритязательных условиях . И самоеглавноепродукты -- они натуральные , поэтому Дагестанцы долгожители . Да ещё и вино в подвальчике не разбавленное каким - либо суррогатом. Здоровье вам всем родной Дагестан.....

Assalamu Alaikum my dear Sisters I am putting a comment on the month Ramadan. The rural place of Iran surrounded with hills blossoms of flowers give a nice attraction to the village of Iran. I have watched somany video programs of both of you are very silence even dont utter a word until they finishing the program. That is amazing! Islam says don't talk unnecessarily. Iranian Muslims are very pious. Iranian sisters preparing a halal delicious dish with meat stuff. Meat is an essential item at every recipe of Iranian foods.The village food is very inspiring. Fresh vegetables are used and cooked with very hygienic .I am from Srilanka.

If I were rich I would ignore every fancy restaurant to get a plateful (or 2) of this! This takes me back to my childhood. I saw the comment about stuffed peppers; another favorite. Cabbage and potatoes ❤plus both vegetables have secret health benefits ;) I always leave the skin on the potatoes for this reason, even in potato salad.or mashed potatoes.

Love that meal. We have always had stuffed cabbage rolls and stuffed peppers just as you made them in the US, but not stuffed potatoes. I think I will give that a try now. Bravo ladies to a wonderful meal.
