Wow, great intrroduction to Perplexicty! Thank you and yes, you should make more videos on this subject. I bought the pro version and I'm looking out to more tips from you as a novice. And I subbed of course. Thanks again and best wishes from Norway!
Woow thank you! I really want to visit Norway soon 🙏 Its been on my list for a while, especially since watching lilyhammer 😂 I loved it! I will cover other tools but will see if I can get your more Perplexity videos soon, if they got new features I will do my best to cover them, by the way in my free weekly email newsletter I did cover perplexity a few times and had some Guides on how to do things like keyword search with Perplexity, I recommend subscribing to it. Only value, no spam. You can find it by searching Tool Time Weekly or there is the link on my profile. Thank you @ariepaul
Basically this is a gold mine for people who educate themselves by scraping the internet.... rather than having links on files, White papers on usb and drive now I can have everything streamlined. Also, unlike you I'm the least techy person around... however AI products have such great UX no frictions etc. I'm going to try it seems so cool. The only doubt it's about ranking criteria.
@fidgetykoala You’re absolutely right-tools like Perplexity make it so much easier to organize and access information! And the user experience is so simple now that even people who don’t consider themselves ‘techy’ can jump right in. About your question on ranking, Perplexity doesn’t really rank results the same way as traditional search engines. It pulls info from different sources and summarizes it, so ranking isn’t as much of a factor. If you’re asking about SEO for your own blog or website, things are definitely changing. Search traffic is already dropping because tools like Perplexity or ChatGPT Search let people get answers without visiting a site. This means businesses and creators need to focus on better branding and making high-quality content. AI tools prioritize sharing useful and reliable information, so if your content is valuable, it’ll still show up as a source. And yes, AI tools are getting easier to use every day. Soon, everything will just be a conversation-through chat, voice, or natural language. It’s such a cool shift!

Does the browser version that generates a page view would also give you the page programming script in order to copy it and paste it in your website domain? In that case, it'd be easier and DIY to develop your website!

If so, it'd be the only feature I'd go for pro.🙌🏼🙏🏼😃

Or an option to directly post the page on to your LinkedIn in.
Im not sure I understand the question at all 😅 the page view is a result from different sources, creating your own page is getting a bunch of different questions/answers and creating a research results page you can share. Page programming script? You mean the HTML and CSS you could take it if you want but why create your own website from it? Not sure whats the benefit and why would I do that? You can just copy and paste to your site if you want to but again not sure why? I would use the results to create my own blog, guide or page from it.
According to their privacy policy, they shouldn’t do anything with your data. But, as with any AI tool, I always recommend removing sensitive information before uploading anything and taking the time to read the T&Cs to fully understand how your data might be handled.
What is an ad? 😂 me promoting Perplexity, i wish they paid me, lol! I use it daily and I pay for it from my own pocket. Im sad that you watched it and think its an ad, I did one about ChatGPT search, you think also OpenAI paid me? Im doing one today about NotebookLM by google, you believe Google paid me? Thats so nice 🥰 thank you for thinking Im such a big creator that these massive AI tools pay me, I hope soon 😉
+ if anything gets sponsored hopefully at some point, I will make it clear in each video 😉 Here is my LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/timcakir/ Maybe you'll think all of my posts are sponsored 😉 and I am not the ex-CEO of a 110 people company and now founder of an AI Company.
Perplexity is the worst of all, showing up fake results. Many times, it comes up with fully wrong data and information. I have stopped using it. I find co-pilot far better over it.
Thanks for sharing your experience! I’ve mostly used Perplexity Pro and had great results with it. I always recommend double-checking sources, especially for stats or important info-whether it’s from Perplexity, Co-Pilot, or even Google. As you know, anyone can write a blog post and rank it, but that doesn’t mean we should take everything at face value! Appreciate your input-it’s always good to hear different perspectives.
Amazing Video As always Tim!
@@salesroads1271 as always, thank you very much 🙏
