@Charly Holehouse-Eyre Just because it *can* be controlled in lower level movement doesn't mean they don't have autonomous movement also programmed in as an option to use for example in this video...

Most certainly. It's mostly made of electroactive polymer aka, carbon on plastic and helium.
I would imagine one cost only 200 bucks if mass produced.

It's a balloon. It doesn't take much to keep a balloon in the the air. Just a couple of flapping wings.
They gotta put domes over the cities first, or the wind'll blow them away. but yeah, i agree, these would be cool as hell.
