I can’t imagine many traders (even retail) shorting into strong monthly resistance? More likely a ton of stop loss orders sitting there, as newbie traders love to trail their stops to protect their breakout from turning into a fakeout. These of course amount to sell orders. Traders who didn’t move their original stops would still be in a very nice position.
