so i started listening to this because i was feeling extremely angry / negative about some things and noticed thorughout the last day or 2 that i carried it around.. i also noticed that it was unusual as i really had no reason to be bitter or angry except for the usual work, money, he said she said bs.. anyways i listened to this on low and watched a video and 10 mins later it was all gone.. i am back to being happy and seeing the beauty that is all around me and how lucky i am to be here experiencing all of it :) just wanted to post my experience because goddamn, sound DOES actually heal you its the craziest thing but its real.. the frequencys change the way the energy is flowing in our bodies... Many people have experienced heightened anxiety while listening to these frequencies. Some suggest that this is a part of the healing/cleansing process; that while releasing past traumas (etc.), you will _temporarily_ re-experience “negative” emotions for a while, until they are gone. I don’t know from personal experience, but I thought I’d pass that on.

Easy.... we are all pure energy... some energy gets Crystalized and stuck... vibrations can loosen them up so they can dissolve... That's why these video's are based on Herz / HZ the vibration speed etc. Like a string on a guitar getting plucked has a certain vibration speed. C# which vibrates at 550vps So it's saying that C# vibrates at 550 vibrations per second! And negative energy will shift and change / loosen up etc. when certain vibrations are played... Negativity and Negative energy is like chaotic noise so they naturally don’t like the calmness of these sounds .. just look at the poor neighborhoods and compare to a multi-Millions or billionaires row and you can see the extreme difference. The poor areas are dirty, loud, chaotic, , scratchy irritating, unsafe, sirens going off, less trees no birds, etc. The rich areas has trees, attracts birds, life, clean, order, neat, soothing and quiet, calmness.
Man, I don't want to wipe out negativity. I want to create positivity. Just wish many of the titles of this truly awesome channel would flip their focus or polarity.
Then stick to 528 Hz instead. Purpose 417 Hz is to raise build up negativity to the surface and banish them and even reverse damage of situation. Sometimes we cannot embrace positivity as well as if we get rid of the old wastage of negativity.
The only thing that is keeping me alive are these music. I'm so down, I've been suffering from this intense sadness for years to the point where I really can feel that I'll have a serious mental illness. I'm so tired, I've been battling this for years now.
