I don't understand how come KMC and local authorities allow such menance on roadside and footpath which is meant for general public. Kolkata being a metro city such things are so gross to look at, been to cities like Indore, Bengaluru, Hyderbad, Surat etc hardly any fixed stalls are allowed to takeover at footpath, yaha toh pura kitchen hi setup kar diya hai.
