Knight123x in the first episode, he literally bought the monarch wings. Another one is the fact that he just got geo instead of the vengeful spirit
I think the only prerequisite to avoid softlocks is to place the item necessary to progress before the point it's mandatory for. Like how the Mantis Claw has to be before you have to go into the City of Tears. It can't be in the Crystal Peak or the Howling Cliffs either, because both those places also require it to progress. But before those points, it can be literally anywhere

@@amitaish1055 Instead of going to Greenpath through Crossroads, you could go a bit further down and head into the Fungal Wastes first, which allows you to go up through Fog Canyon via Queen's Station and into Greenpath.

Its natural prey, the vessels are also everywhere, however the vessels all died due to them overhunting.
There is only one vessel remaining, so the enraged crystal guardians are hunting it down.
