Great info. I've been thinking about buying some of these Atom paints. Thanks Dred!
Great information, thanks for taking the time to review the paint line!
I can always trust you for an honest review. You are very good at it and I learn lots from you. Thank you 🙏🏻. Cheers, Any.
@@anyblunder6782 thank you glad you enjoyed it 👍
Interesting seeing you test these for this purpose. These have become a staple for my miniature painting and are definitely great for that purpose. One advantage over some other miniature paints is, at least when using their thinner, you get the exact same color and sheen whether using airbrush or brush.
sensacional essa tinta perfeita pra pincel e aerografo , e diluida com agua, melhor ainda, obrigado pelo video ,.
Looks like you now know why people spray enamels or lacquers for scale models
Thanks for the review. I make models and think this range of paint could work for me. I will probably go with water/flow mix for thinner. Cheers.
A video about temperature and humidity would actually be amazing.
I live in a desert climate. 35-40 degrees C and bone dry. The closest I've been able to get to an acrylic paint giving me consistent results are Tamiya acrylics which are designed to be used with alcohol based solvent.
Water based is just pure pain. I've not been able to get it to consistently thin down where it does not clog up on close up fine detail or works on fine detail but then it is so diluted that the spray is bad when you back up. I've been wondering if temperature and humidity isn't the problem.
Great review ... Use these type of paints for my model making ... But use the fw inks for the little artwork I've attempted upto yet ... But new shed/studio now up and running so time to get some practice in 😂...
Any chance of doing a video on erasing /scratching techniques and what medium i.e paper / canvas to use ? . Keep up the great work !
Another great review as always 👌
A very useful video for the beginners out there that are looking for the right paint for what they are doing, maybe they would be better off getting their paint from an online site that is dedicated to all things airbrush where there would be support so they can ask what is best🤔just a thought🤷♂
Have you ever tried solvent basecoat on your portraits Rob I have no idea if it will work and maybe the fumes or smell would be to bad🤢😷😅
@@JohnWD40TC02 hi John yes I have used solvent base coats before 👍
Thanks mukka can be used but not for what your into 😊😊😊😊😊
