classic yone clip. faceplant third Q, use ult to escape, tank towershot randomly but still manages to get the kill. he's like somebody playing their OC at a D&D game who always has to come out on top
To be fair, Gragas straight up missed his killing Q after his E AND THEN flashed into melee range, giving Yone the chance to kill him. Flashing into Yone there is like flashing into a low Riven or Sylas; don't do that.

The Hwei passive thing is litteraly just like release Aphelios Flamethrower R that had to be nerfed into the ground, where each champ generates a damage zone that can hit its allies, with no cap or damage fallof whatsoever if you get hit by more than one. Except this time the champ HIMSELF can group the ennemies together. Riot just never learns.
I mean, Hwei passive is straight up Brand-lite (it's a 2 hit proc instead of 3 hit proc) so grouping against him like that is just bad just like it is against Brand or Aphelios when he has flamethrower. People just haven't learned to play against Hwei yet since you haven't really need to because he has been relatively, really weak.
season 14 is very very bad and unhealthy so far, Riot buffed damages for items, last year they said "we gonna bring a durability patch because the game right now is not good, the players can't express their skill in fight because the meta is all about the oneshot", and this season it feels like they suppressed the durability stats gained before, so the meta/the game is bad again, it feels too stressful when you play...
Remove all the anti 1 shot bruiser items, make people have to choose between defensive and offensive. Too much uninteractive items in this game that give both defensive and offensive stats with some flavour of damage on top. If everything oneshots, just make that you can kill them after their initial burst, it's not like dealing with 1000 dashes are easy already, don't make us pierce through their free 30% damage reduction for building 1 item(DD). Conditional(bramble, support item, spellshield) is okay. There is nothing you can do against a flat damage reduction converted to overtime and removed as they kill you, so, damage reduction anyway.
There's a reason why you're not employed to keep competitive league healthy. As an ex pro player there are definitely parts of balancing that I disagree with, but I can see how balancing over 100 champs is a constant battle, and players like you that think it's a done deal with what you suggested would only lead to a quicker implosion.
I thought that was just Aphelios at first but then I looked closer and turns out Lv12 Senna got hit with with an almost full build lv18 Corki big rocket with first strike up literally at the same moment alongside that Callibrum Q proc, and she had no Armor or MR items. Not really that surprising to be honest.
I thought we already had a patch for this. If I remember correctly, there was one patch which they buffed overall champion hp, armor, resist because everyone had been one shoting everyone.
