How do I add the field coupler to a bluelog device on the same network switch?

This depends on the communication protocol that the bluelog device supports. If it is a Modbus master, for example, you could use the device with article number 750-362.
Physically, this is simply connected to the network where your master is located. After that, all you need to do is to configure the network at the device and add it to your system as a Modbus slave.
