I came across an eviction pile last week, found out it was a family of 4 mum dad and 2 kids. I loaded as much as I could into my van took it home then started hunting for the family on social media. After a few days I found them and told them I have alot of the belongings and to contact me when they have a new place. This morning I had a message giving me their new address and I took their belongs to them 😀😀 needless to say they were extremely happy. Especially their 9-year-old Autistic son who got his long-loved Winnie The Poo back 🥰🥰 I had to drive 5 hours, but it was all for a good cause so did not mind at all 😊😊
These videos always make me smile even more this past few weeks my mom is having surgery Thursday for cancer and you have kept my mind in other places so thank you Paul much love from Pittsburgh

I have to wonder how many of those electrical items work that get set out on the curb. I know you can't check/save everything, I'm just thinking of folks that could really use one item or another. I agree with you, I hate to see books in thrown out, books hold a special place in my heart. Always good to tag along to see what adventures await. Stay safe and GOD bless

Nice scrap haul as always Paul. You was about your son going to be 18 I know the feeling my baby will be 18 in December where did the time go. When you were talking at the end I’m with you 💯percent I’m always telling my kids I’m sorry if I’m wrong about something and now they say it. Wow Paul great video today. Very nice finds today. Those where boat trailer rollers on that one stop. Can't wait to see more videos soon my friend. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Keep scraping. Keep recycling. Keep picking. Keep making. God bless.

I'd like to share a "WOW GOD " moment that I just had. I have a gal that I do her shopping and take her to the doctor, when she needs. Jacky ,bought an electric scooter. So she had a doctors appointment today. She wanted to take her scooter to the doctor. She made it there ,but it quit working half way back . So she called me. As I was walking out my door, I raised my hands to the Lord and ask for his help. In Jesus Name. Turns out she was only on the next block over from where I lived. A gal came out of her house and said I could push the scooter up in her yard. I took Jacky home and went back to the scooter. I pushed it to my house and went back to get my car. Back at home , I was looking for a phone number, called the company, they walked me through a few things to try. In no time, it was running. Praise the Lord !!! When you finally realize how much you rely on the Lord , it is then ,you know that you love the Lord!!!!! Wow God!!!!
okay..im convinced...you are my brother from another mother. You're supposed to be scrapping...you're book hunting. 😄😄😄💯% me....love it!!!! Nothing like a good old book!!!!

Hi Paul. I enjoy watching your videos. For "ladies" you say obrigada. By the way, nice pronunciation on your Portuguese. Have a nice one! Your friend from Brazil
Hi Paul... just tuned in, busy day... hey can i suggest that maybe you could come up with a way to mount your dumpster stick/hook on the outside of your truck for easy access also have you considered a very strong magnet on a short rope for magnetic metals in the dumpsters? just a thought. be blessed brother be safe. the way things are going we could be going home sooner than we know, the hour is at hand.
The wheeled white things that you picked up in front of the home with a boat were boat trailer rollers. You like the cork lamp because you were born in the late 60s and so grew up with an early 70s esthetic. Lol
Thank you for expressing your love for Jesus you're thankfulness. Thank you for sharing your experiences and for how important it is to stay positive positive means that you are trusting in God that you're thanking him for everything that you believe his will be done on Earth as it is in heaven in your life. Thank you Paul you won't believe how encouraging you are and the little tidbits of your life lessons really help others to see you walk the walk and not just talk the walk. God bless you as he always does because you put your trust in him.
Viewing this late. Got to go to bed, but could not wait till tomorrow tho. Got to watch my favourite you tuber . Thanks for sharing and God bless Paul.
Paul from my 30+ years of being CFC and HVAC also appliance repairs. 90% of the time the hemostat fails and the compressor never shuts down turning that refrigerator into a deep freezer for a while until the compressor fails because the temp inside is to low for the refrigerant to convert back to a gas and remains a liquid and goes to the compressor locking it up. The thermal overload will kick in and of you catch it it is repairable. If you don't the over load will reset and keep going until the windings of the compressor finally burn up and poof. So be careful to really test it, put a thermometer in it and if it is below 32 see if the thermostat will turn the compressor off. at 32 you should hear the hemostat click when you turn it back and forth. If the compressor does not turn off and you don't hear that click and it is 32 or less. The thermostat is bad. I replaced mine with a $20.00 electronic thermostat from amazon. The nice thing about those if they fail it won't kill the compressor. The other failures are low refrigerant or lighting damage.
I saw your comment from a couple minutes ago but then it disappeared. That was the kindest nicest comment ever. Thank you. You will warm my heart. Enjoy your weekend Eileen. 🙂

Love how ur community works together including the nice residents how they look forward to u coming around. Ttul soon Paul, n lift with ur legs lol
That was a beautiful china cabinet. Too nice to be sent to the dump. Those go for good money down here. I would love to have that in my dining room. That nice picture will look good in your house. I love my push mower and bought my friend one last month. They are great for small yards and folks that don't have outbuildings. My Autistic son and hers are scared of power motors but will grab those old time reel mowers and cut the grass any day.

When you finally realize how much you rely on the Lord , it is then ,you know that you love the Lord!!!!! Wow God!!!!
It must bring back aweful feelings for you remembering the loss you had.
Respecting their loss is comforting...
It looks like you had a real scrappy day! Don't strain yourself Paul!
I was hoping you'd take that needle craft book and sell it. I'd have bought it, absolutely!
I'd love to have an old push lawnmower!
Too bad your not in Nashville, I have one sitting on my porch I've been trying to give away for two years!
okay..im convinced...you are my brother from another mother. You're supposed to be scrapping...you're book hunting. 😄😄😄💯% me....love it!!!! Nothing like a good old book!!!!

@@ScrapPalletMan Thank you Paul. 🙂
I have had 9 broken verterbrae and 2 strokes over the last few years and I still try to serve Our God and Savior and spread His love and word every day,Paul. I also have had plenty & nothing. Praise God for ALL of it!👍👏🙏🥰

Your fire pit frisbee worked pretty good. Enjoy your videos, thank you for the time you invest in them
We've gotten a lot of good books from Goodwill & other second hand stores. Also donated to them.
So many things that you find I would literally buy like the hutch. I'm pretty much your neighbor and would pickup items also . Also would you ever consider a ride along love to meet you and enjoy the day scraping.
That kind of stuff I see all the time.
Love the attitude and putting responsibility where it belongs.
I've got enough scrap to fill a 21 ft car hauler.Scrap price is down here. But I have to get it done before September 9th.That is when I go for my Quadruple bypass surgery.I know that God will take care of it but I would appreciate all the prayers I can get.You make my day when you post a new video.God bless you paul
Ahhhh that sparked a memory my grandad use to cut his grass with the same lawn mower as the one you showed, manual power
scrap & pallet man, with the high cost of gas and electricity over here in England UK. I have trained myself to take cold showers after work, and it really grounds you and when I am done I feel super fantastic too.
Great video Paul. ❤️🏴

Hey my bro Tim! Praying for your health and for you to feel better
@@ScrapPalletMan I get the big needle tomorrow for the back, hoping it works.
@@timmyhoward4793 not sure if you could see the picture your wife painted on the top shelf of my office.
@@ScrapPalletMan no i didnt but i always rewatch so ill be on the lookout my sister becky painted that picture...lol
@@ScrapPalletMan We love the dove picture you found nice reminder of the Holy Spirit
The wheeled white things that you picked up in front of the home with a boat were boat trailer rollers.
You like the cork lamp because you were born in the late 60s and so grew up with an early 70s esthetic. Lol
Those white boat trailer rollers looked like nice heavy chunks and the fridge was a nice score.
It’s whatever makes you happy, sad, mad... but in the end your you... loved your video peace ✌️
It's great that you save books from the landfill Paul. I don't throw away books myself. I donate them to schools or to public libraries.
mud slinger was my cb handle back in the day
My favorite picker of scrap treasure!!
those things with the 4 wheels on them are for a trailer that hauls boats ,the boats slides on the wheels .
Keeping u in my prayers for God to heal ur hand. Ur doing an awesome and amazing job.
Sometimes your hard to watch paul you get distracted so easy just like me lol keep up the good work brother
Whielpool, roper and kitchen aid dryers with the lent trap on top are full of money and other goodies!
I love how you love books Paul! I do too.
Nothing better than the sounds of crashing metal.
Hey Paul u make me smile when u said burger meister meister burger lol. That's what I called my boss lol!
I think that's from the Christmas special Rudolph the Red-Nosed reindeer. If I remember right
I saw your comment from a couple minutes ago but then it disappeared. That was the kindest nicest comment ever. Thank you. You will warm my heart. Enjoy your weekend Eileen. 🙂
Paul I think my comment disappeared because I mentioned heaven n Jesus. U no how the devil hates that lol. Ur friend in Christ. I had a typo before when I mentioned ur amen giving u the heads-up. Love how ur community works together including the nice residents how they look forward to u coming around. Ttul soon Paul, n lift with ur legs lol
Safety first :-)
That was a beautiful china cabinet.
Hi Paul God bless and by the way tell Michael he is looking great looks like he lost some weight 😊👍🏽
