Honestly I don’t mind the chill vlogmas days and it doesn’t have to be crazy busy everyday just having that video to look forward makes it so much fun and exciting each December with so many creators
I know people are always like “we love watching you chill” but it’s true!! i also feel like there’s so much to watch during the ~vlogmas season~ so it’s nice to watch something chill
I also miss my grandmother a lot. And the Christmas holidays only amplify the memory of her cooking and preparing for everyone. I feel her close when I cook. She made me love cooking. She lives in me. Our grandmothers live in us🖤🌿

With vlogmas, don’t stress too hard. If you only film the days you have things going on that’s cool, don’t feel pressured to do every. single. day. Incase you get burned out or feelin down. Even if you vlog one day and it’s a silent day that works too. Don’t fret over it girl, we will watch whatever you post and eat it up!

of course we all want you to do vlogmas! that being said you said that there are some days where you’re doing computer work or say there’s a few days where you may not be having the best day mentally, you could either not vlog (totally fine) or just make a quick vlog talking to the camera (us) about how you’re feeling in the moment, i think that might help you maybe get through a little bit of your day cuz like you said vloging motivates you and makes you happy, and you vloging makes us happy! i know that was long winded but hopefully that makes sense! but again whatever you decide to do is up to you. love you big sis!🤍✌🏻

Maybe do vlogmas on TikTok this time around so you can do long videos on days you have a lot but you can also do short videos on days you don’t and it won’t feel like you’re posting anything unworthy and it won’t feel like you’re forcing content either 😊

I study architecture and we used to have lots of lectures about daylight and how it affects your mental and physical health and your overall wellbeing, which is often ignored by architects. Building lots of super high buildings next to each other like in New York basically blocks so much of the natural light which is so important for us.
So cheers to your new room layout, I love it. You will maybe even feel the difference of getting a bit more daylight everyday 🌻
I now also always put my bed next to a window (as that’s where I spend most of my time) and since then I always feel more motivated and well rested.

wondering if a sorta weekly vlog would be a good alternative! so that you can mix days you go out for activities, and can combine it with at-home holiday-themed stuff (crafts, holiday meals or baked goods, DIY,etc)
What if it isnt vlogmas, what if it's just Kristen's End of Year Countdown, and then you can spread it out when you need, you dont have to put pressure on Christmas to be the big closer vlog, you can focus on the journey to the end of 2023 instead of pushing to make holidays hectic.

In regards to Vlogmas: Don’t feel pressured to do something you do not want to do. I think that no matter what you decide we’re all going to support it. Personally for me, you could post a 30-second clip for each day and I would be satisfied 😂 You and Alex already do so much in favor of us though, so do whatever makes your heart and mind happy 🖤
I will also add that you put a lot more love, care, attention, and artistry into your content than other creators do. So if you feel like Vlogmas is something that isn’t fulfilling your artistic vision and self-expression, then please don’t feel pressured to do it.

But I think I speak for a lot of us when I say if you have a day that’s not that busy that’s okay! We all have days where we don’t have stuff going on so if anything it makes it more relatable. And if you’re really feeling like you need to do something throw in a q&a or a sit down “gift guide” of things you’ve gotten in past years that you love. Do what feels right to you🫶🏼

Although I am old and a lot, like mcatee really did it. RUclips is weird but like to me it’s so annoying to see like optical implied soft core sexuality it’s too weird for me to see teens like that.
