I'm going to apologize up front for the length of my comment. I wasn't a big MTV fan back in the old days, but this song made me spin like the Warner. Brothers Tazmanian Devil cartoon character. I was blown away to find this on RUclips as it was a freakin' fantastic song. I play bass and I was learning to play six string guitar for fun, but when I heard this song it made me become very serious about learning to play. Ms. Martin was the British Pat Benatar to me and needless to say she had me doing backflips. I need to find this on cd so I can blow my mind again some 40 years later...holy moly this kicks arse!!!!!!!
    Thank you Marilyn!
I have found out that I was wrong when I called her a British Pat Benatar...she's a good ol' American...
    ...me be dumb.

For some reason this morning I thought of "Who was that singer who had a popular song where the video was a ripoff of The Hunger?" I couldn't remember her name, but I did also remember that her biggest hit was the duet with Phil Collins. And here it is.

She's looking at the Detective as he was her next victim.

Eighties police procedure shows were the best.
