For any commercial drive you need a taxi driver license. For personal/domestic use you can drive with normal license. Yes for food deliveries you can use your own car and normal license.

G karwa sakty hain agar apko full time work permit mil jay 37.5 hours per week 150 hours in a month. Agar yeh mil jay toh yes otherwise No.

Waise mai yeh tareeqa recommend nh karon ga. It’s very very difficult to get full time work contract on Tourist visa.
