Simply Sasuke Aging changes wine, but does not categorically improve it or worsen it. Fruitiness deteriorates rapidly, decreasing markedly after only 6 months in the bottle. Due to the cost of storage, it is not economical to age cheap wines, but many varieties of wine do not benefit from aging, regardless of the quality. So it is probably vinegar by now

Mark 天吉 seems legit, he looks about 3 centuries old these days
De Niro actually owns a few restaurants. Google it.
Fagner F Souza that’s one hell of a sense of humor you got there 😒
😂😂😂😂
De Niro actually owns a restaurant, it’s called Nobu.
This restaurant has survived the French occupation of Spain, Two civil wars, a dictatorship, and finally a kingdom again.
Has survived a democracy. Incredible.
@Ted Hubert Pagnanawon Crusio lol
4 civil wars, one independence war, two dictatorships, two republics....
I went there last year. Food is amazing and service incredible.
I eat meat, so I’m not judging whatsoever, but it would really bother me to eat something slaughtered so young, with its face staring at me while I ate it.
That said, this was truly fascinating to watch. I can’t believe that this restaurant has been open since before America was even a country!
Well... América is not a country...
Larissa Soto USA, then. By the way, there is no accent over the e in America.
@@larasoto1991 He was refering to the USA. You know what they mean by America.
I was thinking the same thing Matt!
That is quite a contradiction. Like if you don't see its face is ok? Its the same as killing any other animal lol.
That is not true, it is not at all the oldest restaurant in the world. The St. Peter Stiftskeller in Salzburg Austria was established in the year 803 and is still open.
Hello from Minnesota. Ate there on vacation, the place was really great and the food was fantastic!
"The restaurant hasn't closed it's doors since 1725"
*Proceeds to open the closed door of the restaurant in the 1st take of video"
🥶
This one: is the oldest running restaurant in the world
The Wurstkuchl in Regensburg: laughts in 1378
St. Peter Stiftskulinarium in Salzburg, Austria: laught in 803
We went in 2003 - had a suckling pig. As I passed the kitchen there were many suckling pigs cooking - it was a delightful experience.
OMG NOT THE PIGGIES!!!!
A ancient hunting ground in Africa would like a word.
Me and my wife celebrated our 20th having dinner here..Truly a special place! Such an amazing place! Food very good, service very good!
@@xfg007 :)
Ok those dusty old wines! You all know that will taste so damn good!
Xbox: Tvrsa oh this is true. same. Lol never mind 😩
Yeah that wine is so old it's rancid for sure
Simply Sasuke Aging changes wine, but does not categorically improve it or worsen it. Fruitiness deteriorates rapidly, decreasing markedly after only 6 months in the bottle. Due to the cost of storage, it is not economical to age cheap wines, but many varieties of wine do not benefit from aging, regardless of the quality. So it is probably vinegar by now
@@lich6241 It Will only go rancid if no care IS put into mantaining It. Spanish wine and by extension european wine IS closed with Cork caps. The problem IS those caps only last so long, depending on the quality of the Cork they can last years, but obviously not 300. So you have to change the CAP every so often or It Will disintigrate and let too much oxygen inside which Will sour the wine....you'll basically get vinegar.
They used to be water, until Jesus dined there
There is a pub in Ireland that has opened in 700 AD and still exists today.
TheICTLiker4 lmao shut up
There’s a tavern in Rhode Island that opened in 1673
They have Got to make a Commercial of this Restaurant being in So many Wars and Showing that It’s still going. These people are very passionate on what they do.
The oldest restaurant I’ve been to was l’Auberge Nicolas Flamel in Paris & that has been in business since 1407..!! Situated in the Marais district. The food was wonderful & for those who read Harry Potter, you may remember the character of Nicolas Flamel... Well he was a real person. A famous alchemist in his time...!!^_^!!
Oldest eatery BY FAR is St. Peter Stiftkeller in Salzburg, Austria. Open since 803 (no, I'm not missing a 1). Notable guests include Faust, Columbus and Mozart.
Coronavirus: I’m gonna end this mans whole career
I've seen this comment ten times already. They survive Spanish Flu of course they would survive this time smh
Captain Stag nice
Magic Mike nice an original joke
Went to that restaurant while in Spain. It was beautiful and wine was amazing

In Germany there is the "Gasthaus Röhrl", since 12 generations in family hands.
Since 1658. Are even in the Guinesse book of the records thereby.
kiliipower thats the oldest inn i believe
@@James-fb7el no that's in Japan
I’ve been there a few times, but I had no idea about their 1590s cellar or how old the restaurant is. Amazing!
I was wondering those wine bottles not only have wine but some history in it. Wondering who could afford that?
Old restaurant: we've never closed
Covid: and I took that personally
I remember when the place first opened 🤧, has it been over 500 years already? Feels like just yesterday
"The oven has been burning continuously for 293 years"
The New Guy: I'm about to end this man's whole career
the fire wasnt burning for 300 years non stop ..dream on ..never ever ..just lies to get clout🤦♂️
I'll repeat 293 years!!
When he talks about the recipes being ancient and then I seen them drop some chicken nuggets and french fries into the deep fryer, I felt that.
Hope the piggy is ok
kei9507 it's delicious
No we blew his house down and ate him and his 2 pig brothers
He's okay. A little cold, but they warmed him right up.
Yeah,sure
Yup he is okay and flushed down in the toilet
"Oldest restaurant in the world?" What about Honke Owariya in Osaka, Japan that's been open since 1465?
St Peters stift in Austria since 813.
They do it all the time in favor of European countries. It was same as first university. They say that first university is in Bologna but actually first university was in Constantinople.
Sobrino de Botin actually holds the Guinness world record as the oldest restaurant. Mainly because its still in its original building with the same interior from the 18th century.
@@geraldsouthwood So I guess the correct phrasing would be "oldest restaurant still in the original building" not oldest restaurant with the same idea of a restaurant (run by probably the same family for a long time), in the same place, not the orginal building". So, physical vs. ideology, probably.
@@MrRjuk so Another euroepan city to another?
I think I watched this video very early on, when it came out. Always fancied going there but didn't think anything would come of it. What do you have it - I ended up going to Europe for college, happened to visit Madrid, and there you go - I visited Botín in May :) Funny where life takes you! One day you're watching a RUclips video in middle school, and then some other day... this happens
I wanna visit here!!!!
But, I think we have older restaurant than this in Japan🇯🇵.
No weeb
Kakeru Tokyo just no agree with the other guy
They aren't a "weeb" if they're Japanese.
There's a restaurant in Austria opened since 803
Madrid rocks!
I went last year ago and food is amazing. The guy on the video is lovely.
Glad to know that a fire has lived longer than me.
the fire fades, and lords go without thrones.
fkebfpahxirvxiqpqidiehxjan So the piggies are linking the flame?
morgana the unkindled pigs
That modern fryer and electric stove range still appear to be in good working condition since the day it was installed in 1725.
Terrific after sales service is key
In Europe ...almost everything is older than the US...When are you guys ever going to learn....
When they learn that "America" was around long before the US.
