They probably made Angeline around that time of August. Both have similar slow hard hitting lyrics and a relaxing chorus. I wish they made more like this
I think they’re just writing about real shit happening to them as they’ve gained more and more success. It’s all relatable even if you haven’t directly experienced all of what they’re talking about in their songs. That’s what makes them great artist

I miss when chase made music like this. I am not a fan of their Travis Scott overly autotuned style where what they say makes no sense or is overly explicit. I wish they properly released this one and made more songs in the style of before the self titled album. Their voices are too nice and soothing to be heavily processed and on big crazy beats. I still like their music though. I just wish we got more stuff like this from them..
