Just curious when you filmed this? We plan to arrive in a couple of months and the beaches look empty. Other videos Ive seen it looks packed out and the beaches full of litter. Your drone shots look pristine! Thanks for sharing!
It's so sad to see that the beaches have reduced so much over the last 15 years, that the had to build walls to protect the road. Climate change takes it's toll even to paradise!
The beaches in Las Terranas are long and sprawling, so people are spread out across it. The locals visit the beach for the weekend, for tourists the main season is from November to March. The beaches near the city center are more visited.
Hola. Las Terrenas is very international town. Here lives people from many different countries and it is also very touristic, especially in winter time. The best and the most easiest way to come here is to fly to Puerto plata airport and then take a bus to Samana, and from there to Las Terrenas. You can also fly to Santo Domingo and you have expres bus to Samana.
This is a very good video. We have been to Las Terrenas many times and are going back in September. 🥰
Thanks for your kind comment. Im glad that you like video and Las Terrenas. I lived there for cople of month.
RD lo tiene todo. DR has it all.
So true. Beaches, rivers, palms, islands,...
I love Las Terrenas!
Me to ♥. Very nice town with a beautiful beach 🏖
I was last month in El Portillo. Beautiful empty beaches
Yes, it is really beautiful there. ⛱️
My favorite part are all the friendly street dogs.
Yea but it would be good if someone would clean after them and take care for them. Also sometimes at night they could be agressive
Playa Las Bellanas is our favorite hang out!!
Yeah, it's really beautiful
Mine also.😃
Part of traveling abroad is the adventure itself if everything is going to be like it was when your home that would be no fun in it
Yess, that s true 👍

Muy bien hecho tu video. Me gustaría saber el modelo y marca de tu dash camera.
I have dron Mavic Mini and Huawei cell phone with gimbal
Why are the beaches deserted in the drone footage? I would think there would be more people on the beach.

The music was fantastic I would like to get the soundtrack to that video do you know how I can't
All music is from Epicsound
As a clueless tourist, is this more for locals? Considering it’s not so easy to get to from the existing airports. Or am I missing something?
