Dang, Kaleigh! That was amazing. I appreciate the way you push me. Somehow you keep me going, even if you are not physically in the room with me. I love how strong I feel when we lift heavy! I never want to start the workouts on leg day, but I am so happy when I finish. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thanks so much for being such a FUN part of my health journey! You've helped me lower my cholesterol by 40 points and my triglycerides by 50 points (yep, I was pretty unhealthy). Now, I need to ho see about getting a chair lift installed cuz I'm not going to be able to do the stairs after this.

The shake is so real 😅 leg days in Thrive have been killer, we are really pushing ourselves and I love it!! Also love the blue ‘fit theme this whole week 🙌🏻 halfway through the program is hard to believe, it is flying by!
I planned to finish this doing only 2 sets of each but Damn!!! I did working out with you the entire rounds with the hmmmpp feeling on every 3rd sets. I felt so so energized after. Plus the lower body mobility exercises it felt sooo good. Thanks a bunch.
That was a killer -- but in a good way! Super helpful tip at the end about not locking your knees yet squeezing your glutes when you come up from a goblet squat. Thanks Kaleigh!

What a leg day! New moves = new way to be sore! When I started following your programs consistently 5 months ago with Incredible, I don't know if I could have made it through this workout without ditching the weights and taking breaks. Now, being able to do all of it, with heavy weights and choosing to push for the most out of every set, just feels so darn good! I can't even explain how thankful I am to you for designing these workout programs, pushing and pulling us along, and encouraging us with so much enthusiasm and joy ❤❤❤ 💪🦵
